Le mobilier Ambient Lounge est élégant, doux, léger et lumineux. Le vert sur le mur apporte une légèreté et une douceur dans ce petit appartement AirBnB du centre-ville. Le mobilier Ambient Lounge a su donner à la pièce du caractère, du confort et de la fraîcheur. Le ventilateur en acier inoxydable au plafond ajoute un élément design et se fond parfaitement dans l’espace. Le parquet illumine également la pièce et donne un effet de grandeur. Une table pour le dîner et un téléviseur indispensable pour les petits budgets, ont été ajoutés. Cette rénovation à petit budget réalisée avec soin permet d’ajouter de la valeur et de l’attractivité au bien AirBnB.

Above a newly constructed triple garage, we created a multifunctional space for a family that likes to entertain, but also spend time together watching movies, sports and playing pool. Having worked with our clients before on a previous project, they gave us free rein to create something they couldn’t have thought of themselves. We planned the space to feel as open as possible, whilst still having individual areas with their own identity and purpose. As this space was going to be predominantly used for entertaining in the evening or for movie watching, we made the room dark and enveloping using Farrow and Ball Studio Green in dead flat finish, wonderful for absorbing light. We then set about creating a lighting plan that offers multiple options for both ambience and practicality, so no matter what the occasion there was a lighting setting to suit. The bar, banquette seat and sofa were all bespoke, specifically designed for this space, which allowed us to have the exact size and cover we wanted. We also designed a restroom and shower room, so that in the future should this space become a guest suite, it already has everything you need. ​ Given that this space was completed just before Christmas, we feel sure it would have been thoroughly enjoyed for entertaining.

Zoom sur la rénovation partielle d’un récent projet livré au cœur du 15ème arrondissement de Paris. Occupé par les propriétaires depuis plus de 10 ans, cet appartement familial des années 70 avait besoin d’un vrai coup de frais ! Nos équipes sont intervenues dans l’entrée, la cuisine, le séjour et la salle de bain. Pensée telle une pièce maîtresse, l’entrée de l’appartement casse les codes avec un magnifique meuble toute hauteur vert aux lignes courbées. Son objectif : apporter caractère et modernité tout en permettant de simplifier la circulation dans les différents espaces. Vous vous demandez ce qui se cache à l’intérieur ? Une penderie avec meuble à chaussures intégré, de nombreuses étagères et un bureau ouvert idéal pour télétravailler. Autre caractéristique essentielle sur ce projet ? La luminosité. Dans le séjour et la cuisine, il était nécessaire d’apporter une touche de personnalité mais surtout de mettre l’accent sur la lumière naturelle. Dans la cuisine qui donne sur une charmante église, notre architecte a misé sur l’association du blanc et de façades en chêne signées Bocklip. En écho, on retrouve dans le couloir et dans la pièce de vie de sublimes verrières d’artiste en bois clair idéales pour ouvrir les espaces et apporter douceur et esthétisme au projet. Enfin, on craque pour sa salle de bain spacieuse avec buanderie cachée.

Entièrement repensée, la salle de séjour fait la par belle au sur-mesure. Verrière rappelant le garde corps de l'escalier, bibliothèque et enfilade en MdF peint avec incrustation de cannage pour laisser le radiateur respirer.

Coin télé situé dans un renfoncement. Le vert sapin apporte de la couleur et du caractère à la pièce. Cet élément fort se marie parfaitement avec le gris et les touches de noir présentent ici.

Painted in ‘sorrel’ this superb example of a large bespoke bookcase complements this spacious lounge perfectly. This is a stunning fitted bookcase that not only looks great but fits the client’s initial vision by incorporating a small study area that can be neatly hidden away when not in use. Storage for books, pictures, trinkets and keepsakes has been carefully considered and designed sympathetically to the interior decor.

Für drei Seiten des Raumes wurden raumhohe Bücherregale aus Kirschbaum angefertigt. Da die Wände nicht wirklich rechtwinklig waren, musste dafür ein 3D-Aufmaß erstellt werden. Das Ergebnis ist ein präziser Einbau, der die Schrägen und alle Versprünge berücksichtigt. Auch die Tür wurde durch die durchlaufende obere Blende in den Einbau einbezogen. Das Schiffsmodell steht in einem hervorgehobenen Fach neben der Tür. Es wird – ebenso wie andere Highlights – von Strahlern an einer kleinen Stromschiene unter dem Balken angestrahlt. Auf eine Lochreihenbohrung für Höhenverstellung der Fächer verzichteten die Kunden zugunsten einer durchgehenden Optik. Durch die unterschiedlichen Fachhöhen ist Platz für Bücher aller Größen.

A light-filled center entrance connects the main living areas on the roomy first floor with an attached two-car garage in this inviting, four bedroom, five-and-a-half bath abode. A large fireplace warms the hearth room, which is open to the dining and sitting areas. Nearby are a screened-in porch and a family-friendly kitchen. Upstairs are two bedrooms, a great room and bunk room; downstairs you’ll find a traditional gathering room, exercise area and guest bedroom.
