An other Magnificent Interior design in Miami by J Design Group. From our initial meeting, Ms. Corridor had the ability to catch my vision and quickly paint a picture for me of the new interior design for my three bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, and 3,000 sq. ft. penthouse apartment. Regardless of the complexity of the design, her details were always clear and concise. She handled our project with the greatest of integrity and loyalty. The craftsmanship and quality of our furniture, flooring, and cabinetry was superb. The uniqueness of the final interior design confirms Ms. Jennifer Corredor’s tremendous talent, education, and experience she attains to manifest her miraculous designs with and impressive turnaround time. These homeowners like to entertain and wanted their kitchen and dining room to become one larger open space. To achieve that feel, an 8-foot-high wall that closed off the dining room from the kitchen was removed. By designing the layout in a large “L” shape and adding an island, the room now functions quite well for informal entertaining. There are two focal points of this new space – the kitchen island and the contemporary style fireplace. Granite, wood, stainless steel and glass are combined to make the two-tiered island into a piece of art and the dimensional fireplace façade adds interest to the soft seating area. A unique wine cabinet was designed to show off their large wine collection. Stainless steel tip-up doors in the wall cabinets tie into the finish of the new appliances and asymmetrical legs on the island. A large screen TV that can be viewed from both the soft seating area, as well as the kitchen island was a must for these sports fans.

Tucked behind the great room is your very own away room. Can be used to host a television allowing for a more formal great room.

The living room projects a clean and minimal look, with a wall-mounted TV to further enhance space-saving. Instead of a conventional sofa, the two benches can be separated to offer flexible seating during friends’ visit. This arrangement fits Clifton’s flexible and functional ethos.

Our St. Pete studio gave this beautiful home a colorful, cheerful vibe by adding bold colors and patterns. In the dining room, a lovely shade of teal creates the perfect backdrop for a triptych style tortoise artwork. The kitchen is bright and airy, and the beautiful bar chairs in pretty blue patterns add a hint of style. L’objectif de cette rénovation totale était de rendre l’appartement fonctionnel, moderne et lumineux. Pour le rendre fonctionnel, nos équipes ont énormément travaillé sur les rangements. Vous trouverez ainsi des menuiseries sur-mesure, qui se fondent dans le décor, dans la pièce à vivre et dans les chambres. La couleur blanche, dominante, apporte une réelle touche de luminosité à tout l’appartement. Neutre, elle est une base idéale pour accueillir le mobilier divers des clients qui viennent colorer les pièces. Dans la salon, elle est ponctuée par des touches de bleu, la couleur ayant été choisie en référence au tableau qui trône au dessus du canapé.
