This loft space was transformed into a cozy media room, as an additional living / family space for entertaining. We did a textural lime wash paint finish in a light gray color to the walls and ceiling for added warmth and interest. The dark and moody furnishings were complimented by a dark green velvet accent chair and colorful vintage Turkish rug.

The front widows are large and have original integral painted wood shutters that pocket open creating a sunny daytime space.The boxy leather lounge chair provides comfortable seating for both tv watching and reading. Dans cet appartement sous les toits de Paris abandonné depuis les années 1900, la transformation est totale. Une page blanche pour écrire une histoire contemporaine pleine de charme. En premier lieu, le volume de l’appartement et des combles ont été réunis en supprimant le plancher. Un parquet en point de Hongrie redonne noblesse et chaleur au lieu. Une cuisine, un dressing, une bibliothèque aux façades épurées épousant la forme du toit offrent de grands rangements. Du mobilier chinés et une décoration colorés sublime l'ensemble. Le cocon d’une parisienne est né.

Inquire About Our Design Services What we did: Outlined the furniture plan for the entire condo and then made sure everything came to life the way it was supposed to on paper. Reworked the color scheme for the space and repainted: We refreshed her kitchen by selecting a vibrant color backsplash. The peanut butter colored walls in the office room just had to go. Nobody could work in there! Custom designed the bedding in her master bedroom. Installed Hunter Douglas window treatments, and custom drapery that provided her with stylish privacy. Sourced all art and accessories for her space. We infused her amazing cultural collection with some added chicness. What I LOVE: The seagulls in her office. This was a perfect Etsy find. Those nightstands in her bedroom - can you say AH-Mazing! Her view. I was not personally responsible for that, but to work in that space was breathtaking!
