The entryway was updated by adding a glass front door to bring in additional light, black slate floors, and a custom made metal arch to bring some drama to the foyer.

The compound entry facing a busy Venice street. The porthole allows the inhabitants to engage with their surroundings, while the mass of the door signals that there is privacy within. Our clients for this project asked our Miami studio to give their house a complete facelift and renovation while they were in transit from North Carolina. The beautiful family with young children wanted to change the kitchen, master bedroom, kids suites, and living room. We loved that our clients were not afraid of colors and patterns and were always open to pushing the envelope when we incorporated certain palettes and fabrics throughout the house. We also accommodated some of the existing furniture from our clients' old home in NC. Our team coordinated all the logistics for them to move into their new home, including picking up their vehicles, managing the moving company, and having their home ready for when they walked in. --- Project designed by Miami interior designer Margarita Bravo. Entrance hall design in a three-room apartment. A dark gray sideboard and a blue pouf bring dynamics to the white and beige interior. And the mirrored doors of the wardrobe visually expand the space and add illumination to it, reflecting the sun that comes from the living room. Cream-colored, as in the room, the walls became the perfect backdrop for the discreet ensemble of the entrance area of ​​the apartment.

Это было уже 11-е по счету жилье хозяев, однако, первое, где они решили пригласить дизайнеров для создания атмосферы дома. Все, что они хотели реализовать сами, они уже делали в предыдущих домах и квартирах. Взрослая, состоявшаяся пара, вырастившая детей, знающая привычки и вкусы друг друга до мелочей, при этом, открытая новому — они с интересом и воодушевлением принимали общее участие в обсуждении концепции, выборе оттенков и настроений. Мы максимально расширили пространство с помощью нежных, легких оттенков корицы, имбиря и молочных цветов, играя на фактурах, смежных оттенках , делая акценты на рисунке обоев на потолке, дизайнерском свете, почти светящейся плитке фартука кухни. В прихожей максимально использовали зеркала для отраженного света, так как это самый темный угол квартиры.

This entry foyer was opened up by the removal of the closet, and the addition of new custom oak stairs stained to match the new flooring in the kitchen and dining room.
