The crisp white walls, minimal floor tile, and suspended chandelier set a bright and modern tone as you enter the home. We swapped out the ornate stair rails for a modern, simplified baluster. However, we opted to keep the crown molding, trim, and door frames throughout the entire home. We decided to play off of the dramatic detailing by painting them a deep charcoal grey. It creates a bold contrast against the white walls in a modern and elevated way. Finally, we selected a modern, black leather sofa and sleek console table to complete the foyer, and painted the frame of the existing oversized mirror black.

We incorporated a car port into the remodelled house to achieve a very large enrance hall. Bespoke handle-less floor to ceiling cupbords were then installed in a spray painted finish to match the walls. They incorporate cloaks hanging, space for vaccum cleaner and other storage. Panels were incorporated into the rear to access the tails for underfloor heating

Stacked stone, stucco and shiplap mahogany siding adorn the exterior, while a cool neutral palette blends seamlessly to multiple outdoor gardens and patios.

Квартира начинается с прихожей. Хотелось уже при входе создать впечатление о концепции жилья. Планировка от застройщика подразумевала дверной проем в спальню напротив входа в квартиру. Путем перепланировки мы закрыли проем в спальню из прихожей и создали красивую композицию напротив входной двери. Зеркало и буфет от итальянской фабрики Sovet представляют собой зеркальную композицию, заключенную в алюминиевую раму. Подобно абстрактной картине они завораживают с порога. Отсутствие в этом помещении естественного света решили за счет отражающих поверхностей и одинаковой фактуры материалов стен и пола. Это помогло визуально увеличить пространство, и сделать прихожую светлее. Дверь в гостиную - прозрачная из прихожей, полностью пропускает свет, но имеет зеркальное отражение из гостиной. Выбор керамогранита для напольного покрытия в прихожей и гостиной не случаен. Семья проживает с собакой. Несмотря на то, что питомец послушный и дисциплинированный, помещения требуют тщательного ухода. Керамогранит же очень удобен в уборке.

The newly painted door leading to the garage matches the range backsplash as well as the herringbone pattern used on the floor. We also added stained shiplap to the mudroom wall.
