This spacious kitchen has white flat panel cabinetry around the perimeter with a rich dark walnut finished maple island. The counters are Quartz and the appliances are stainless steel. The base cabinets and wall cabinets have a unique pilaster detail and offset crown molding on the end panels,\. The back-splash is a field of 4" x 6" ivory Travertine tiles applied in a running bonded brick pattern with horizontal bands formed by Emperador Dark marble 2" x 2"'s. The floor is 18" x 18" Ivory Travertine Tiles. The eat-in part of the kitchen is a generous 60" round mahogany table and white leather side chairs. The striking round ceiling pendant is scalloped stainless steel suspended within a series of skylights which, along with the windows and door, allow the lush outdoors to brighten even the dreariest day.

ABOUT THIS PROJECT: SoFi is home to one of our latest projects: Portofino. The sought-after South Beach location, also known as South of Fifth, is a fantastic blend of Art Deco buildings, contemporary residential architecture, and gleaming high rises. TASK: Our clients wanted a sophisticated design and tasked us with completely gutting and transforming their 2700 square foot space. SCOPE: Our team remodeled the kitchen, dining room, living room, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. We installed wood floors in the bedrooms and white marble in the common areas. The clients were after a sophisticated space, so we used a clean color palette with accents of oak and lots of wood wall paneling. Britto Charette also designed custom headboards, feature walls, and unique storage solutions that will help our clients really maximize the use of their space. CHALLENGE: Our team loves a challenge and we found a fun one in Portofino: our clients are tall but the ceilings are short. What to do? With the help of our fantastic construction specialists, we were able to raise the ceilings, providing the perfect solution for our clients.

Extension and full refurbishment of a luxurious french inspired chateau. We were instructed to redesign and remodel this property to better suit modern family living, whilst retaining a luxurious finish. We also carried out full project coordination for the clients.

Carved dining chairs that harken from a British Colonial era with modern light fixture. Niche adds a floral accent to theme of the room.

Contemporary Glamour Style, Dining Room, Build-In Vine Cabinet with Two Doors in Gold Finish, Wall Murals, Marble Floor, Multi-Pendants Light Solution, Wall Sconces, Dark walnut Wood Doors, Molding and Panels, Dining Table for 10 persons with two Pedestals in White Lacquered Wood and Stainless-Steel Bases, Marble Top, Dark Walnut Dining Chairs with Arms, Beige Ultrasuede Seats and Dark-Gray Silk Back, Pleated Curtains and Sheers, Wool and Silk Area Rug, White, Beige-Brown Room Color Palette.

Our client wanted us to create a cosy and atmospheric dining experience, so we embraced the north facing room and painted it top to bottom in a deep, warm brown from Little Greene. To help lift the room and create a conversation starter, we chose a sketched cloud wallpaper for the ceiling. Full length curtains, recessed into the ceiling help to make the room feel bigger and are up-lit by ground lights that emphasise the folds in the fabric. The sculptural dining table from Emmemobili takes centre stage and is surrounded by comfortable upholstered dining chairs. We chose two fabrics for the dining chairs to add interest. The ochre velvet pairs beautifully with the yellow glass Porta Romana lamps and brushed brass over-sized round mirror.
