This project was the remodel of a master suite in San Francisco’s Noe Valley neighborhood. The house is an Edwardian that had a story added by a developer. The master suite was done functional yet without any personal touches. The owners wanted to personalize all aspects of the master suite: bedroom, closets and bathroom for an enhanced experience of modern luxury. The bathroom was gutted and with an all new layout, a new shower, toilet and vanity were installed along with all new finishes. The design scope in the bedroom was re-facing the bedroom cabinets and drawers as well as installing custom floating nightstands made of toasted bamboo. The fireplace got a new gas burning insert and was wrapped in stone mosaic tile. The old closet was a cramped room which was removed and replaced with two-tone bamboo door closet cabinets. A large part of the front elevation and roof was entirely re-built (having been previously rendered). The original hand-carved Victorian brick detail was carefully removed in small sections and numbered, damaged pieces were repaired to restore this beautiful family home to it's late 19th century glory. The stunning rear extension with large glass sliding doors and roof lights is an incredible kitchen, dining and family space, opening out onto a beautiful garden. Built from the ground up on 80 acres outside Dallas, Oregon, this new modern ranch house is a balanced blend of natural and industrial elements. The custom home beautifully combines various materials, unique lines and angles, and attractive finishes throughout. The property owners wanted to create a living space with a strong indoor-outdoor connection. We integrated built-in sky lights, floor-to-ceiling windows and vaulted ceilings to attract ample, natural lighting. The master bathroom is spacious and features an open shower room with soaking tub and natural pebble tiling. There is custom-built cabinetry throughout the home, including extensive closet space, library shelving, and floating side tables in the master bedroom. The home flows easily from one room to the next and features a covered walkway between the garage and house. One of our favorite features in the home is the two-sided fireplace – one side facing the living room and the other facing the outdoor space. In addition to the fireplace, the homeowners can enjoy an outdoor living space including a seating area, in-ground fire pit and soaking tub.

Chicagoland Home Products transformed a closet area recently, in Northbrook, Illinois. They have made a habit of that over the years and have satisfied customers with custom storage solutions all over the greater Chicago area. This project is no different. It’s not hard to see the drawers and the hanging areas and the attractive Rustic Cherry finish. It’s easy to notice how the handles accent the unit. One could, probably, guess that a company with the great reputation of CHP would be able to present a client with a choice of custom finishes, a wide variety of handles and partner with the client to design, exactly, the best storage solution. If you guessed those things, you would be right. But, it is the little things, the creative touches, that allow Chicagoland Home Products to stand above the crowd. You see that here, in the way they maximize space by using the perimeter area of the closet for hanging. You might not have thought about complementing the peninsula with a bench to provide a convenient place to put on your socks and shoes. It’s possible no one would have thought of an easy-to-reach, yet lockable, jewelry drawer that provides an extra level of security that will slow down everyone from inquisitive three-year olds to intruders.

This closet is custom made and seperates the master bedroom and the master bathroom. It is a galley shaped closet with his and her doors on both sides.

Floor-to-ceiling closet system made up of drawers, double-hanging units, shoe shelves and cabinets with clear Lucite doors and diamond shaped door fronts. Center island has a marble top with an upholstered seating area.
