Built right below the pitched roof line, we turned this challenging closet into a beautiful walk-in sanctuary. It features tall custom cabinetry with a shaker profile, built in shoe units behind glass inset doors and two handbag display cases. A long island with 15 drawers and another built-in dresser provide plenty of storage. A steamer unit is built behind a mirrored door.

A gorgeous, classy, modern dressing room. This large walk-in has ample shoe and clothing storage. The shoe shelves and mirrored hutch are lit with ribbon lighting. The material is a light and bright neutral gray glossy melamine. The sleek handles mesh well with the modern and clean design.

The homeowners wanted to improve the layout and function of their tired 1980’s bathrooms. The master bath had a huge sunken tub that took up half the floor space and the shower was tiny and in small room with the toilet. We created a new toilet room and moved the shower to allow it to grow in size. This new space is far more in tune with the client’s needs. The kid’s bath was a large space. It only needed to be updated to today’s look and to flow with the rest of the house. The powder room was small, adding the pedestal sink opened it up and the wallpaper and ship lap added the character that it needed

This 6,000sf luxurious custom new construction 5-bedroom, 4-bath home combines elements of open-concept design with traditional, formal spaces, as well. Tall windows, large openings to the back yard, and clear views from room to room are abundant throughout. The 2-story entry boasts a gently curving stair, and a full view through openings to the glass-clad family room. The back stair is continuous from the basement to the finished 3rd floor / attic recreation room. The interior is finished with the finest materials and detailing, with crown molding, coffered, tray and barrel vault ceilings, chair rail, arched openings, rounded corners, built-in niches and coves, wide halls, and 12' first floor ceilings with 10' second floor ceilings. It sits at the end of a cul-de-sac in a wooded neighborhood, surrounded by old growth trees. The homeowners, who hail from Texas, believe that bigger is better, and this house was built to match their dreams. The brick - with stone and cast concrete accent elements - runs the full 3-stories of the home, on all sides. A paver driveway and covered patio are included, along with paver retaining wall carved into the hill, creating a secluded back yard play space for their young children. Adjacent glass cabinets show off a collection of shoes whereas this corresponding solid paneled compartment elegantly conceals a stockpile of clothing.
