I love a client that has my taste in décor. Making this client a dream to work with. First things started with the kitchen layout which was horrendous, then gradually we worked our way though to baths rooms. After that the flooring and paint colors gave this coastal wonder the shine it deserves.

Classic Palette: Black & White Kitchen Sometimes forgoing colour for a classic palette can really pay off. This lovely family home is taken to the next level of chic with its classic black and white kitchen. Gorgeous classic cabinetry has been selected, with shaker doors and detailed panelling on the island. Being only a small space, the overhead cupboards remain handless to ensure the kitchen does not appear cluttered and the gorgeous Quantum Quartz stone benchtop is repeated on the splashback so as not to distract the eye. Sticking true to the colour palette and classic feel the client selected any chef’s dream oven, a SMEG’s iconic freestanding Victoria Oven. The black Zip Tap gives modern convenience while blending with the aesthetics of the kitchen. We love the slim, black handles by Castella once again ensuring the eye is not distracted. And the beautiful, fluted farmhouse style sink by ABI Interiors is a subtle change of texture and interest while being the pinnacle of a classical kitchen. Being a small kitchen, the client used smart joinery to ensure no space was wasted. With a purpose-built pantry to house drinks station keeps counters clutter free. Drawers with glass fronts are used in the pantry, ensuring items aren’t lost. Hafele LeMans corner unit is used to get into those pesky corners, and two-tier pantry pullouts ensure the smaller spaces are maximized. And Hafele Pull-Out Rubbish Bins means everything has its place. We love the client’s choice of bar stools, gorgeous black velvet with gold tip feet, the only step away from the black and white palette, they are classic and chic. The pendant lights with their handblown glass and metal feature are keeping with the classic styling. All this is taking place upon a lovely canvas of timber look tiles, laid in a classic Chevron pattern that runs the length of the home, giving added visual interest to this gorgeous family home located in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.

The kitchen incorporates a white and grey polished marble slab into the countertops, breakfast bar, and backsplash. White kitchen cabinets complement the polished marble to create a feeling of lightness and joy in the space. The natural finish of the custom European white oak flooring evokes the tones of driftwood that has been formed and fashioned by the ocean, which embeds a feeling of lightness and freshness within the material. The satin gold finish of the faucet and the satin brass finish of the cabinet hardware create accents that lift this warmth from the flooring throughout the room. This view presents the other side of the kitchen, where a grey and white polished marble slab creates an immersive backsplash and countertop with an integrated stove top. The white kitchen cabinetry incorporates various appliances, including an oven and wine fridge.

This condo we addressed the layout and making changes to the layout. By opening up the kitchen and turning the space into a great room. With the dining/bar, lanai, and family adding to the space giving it a open and spacious feeling. Then we addressed the hall with its too many doors. Changing the location of the guest bedroom door to accommodate a better furniture layout. The bathrooms we started from scratch The new look is perfectly suited for the clients and their entertaining lifestyle.

Completely remodeled beach house with an open floor plan, beautiful light wood floors and an amazing view of the water. After walking through the entry with the open living room on the right you enter the expanse with the sitting room at the left and the family room to the right. The original double sided fireplace is updated by removing the interior walls and adding a white on white shiplap and brick combination separated by a custom wood mantle the wraps completely around. Continue through the family room to the kitchen with a large island and an amazing dining area. The blue island and the wood ceiling beam add warmth to this white on white coastal design. The shiplap hood with the custom wood band tie the shiplap ceiling and the wood ceiling beam together to complete the design.

This kitchen got new white Shaker cabinets that we designed to take advantage of the full ceiling height, with smaller lit display cabinets on top. A pale aqua island and quiet white quartz counters set the backdrop for a stunning aqua zig zag glass tile backsplash that is the showstopper of the space. Nice updates like a wine fridge and appliance garage round out the special touches of this beach house kitchen.

A built in microwave fits in well on the end of the island. Perfect for warming up a snack or a cup of java at any time of day without taking up counter space.
