Two small bathrooms were combined into a single master bathroom that was completely updated. Beach style look with textured wall and shower tile and bold accent colors.

I thought it was one of the most perfect decorations for this bathroom. I can't take credit for this one, the client came to me with this one! But I loved it!

Subway shaped tile installed in a vertical pattern adds a more modern feel. Tile in soothing spa colors envelop the shower. A cantilevered quartz bench in the shower rests beneath over sized niches providing ample storage.

This Cardiff home remodel truly captures the relaxed elegance that this homeowner desired. The kitchen, though small in size, is the center point of this home and is situated between a formal dining room and the living room. The selection of a gorgeous blue-grey color for the lower cabinetry gives a subtle, yet impactful pop of color. Paired with white upper cabinets, beautiful tile selections, and top of the line JennAir appliances, the look is modern and bright. A custom hood and appliance panels provide rich detail while the gold pulls and plumbing fixtures are on trend and look perfect in this space. Hansen & Bringle custom cabinetry is painted Sherwin Williams "Belize" with a Silestone "Yukon" countertop. The vessel sink is by Decolav in the Lagoon color. A mother of pearl mirror hangs above the sink and the tile is sourced locally from Island City Tile.

This cozy lake cottage skillfully incorporates a number of features that would normally be restricted to a larger home design. A glance of the exterior reveals a simple story and a half gable running the length of the home, enveloping the majority of the interior spaces. To the rear, a pair of gables with copper roofing flanks a covered dining area and screened porch. Inside, a linear foyer reveals a generous staircase with cascading landing. Further back, a centrally placed kitchen is connected to all of the other main level entertaining spaces through expansive cased openings. A private study serves as the perfect buffer between the homes master suite and living room. Despite its small footprint, the master suite manages to incorporate several closets, built-ins, and adjacent master bath complete with a soaker tub flanked by separate enclosures for a shower and water closet. Upstairs, a generous double vanity bathroom is shared by a bunkroom, exercise space, and private bedroom. The bunkroom is configured to provide sleeping accommodations for up to 4 people. The rear-facing exercise has great views of the lake through a set of windows that overlook the copper roof of the screened porch below.

This La Jolla condo, located steps away from Wind n Sea beach was our client's third home we completed for them in San Diego. As vacation rental property owners, this Texas couple plans on making this their retirement escape in the years to come. In the meantime, the design had to be suitable for short time renters. Keeping our clients' needs in mind, the interior design was geared to appeal to the out of towners. With a focus on durability, clean, simple and modern coastal design, we're all pretty certain this little gem is going to stand out amongst its competition. The formula is pretty simple, but our job is to make it happen! :) Most of the furnishings were custom-made to fit the space perfectly, taking advantage of every inch and maximizing the space. Doubling up 2 full size beds in each of the guest rooms made this vacation rental property perfect for families and large groups. One of our biggest challenges? Finding pieces we loved that had no metal accents! ((The salt air takes its toll on those pieces faster than you'd ever guess when you're this close to the ocean!) The soothing coastal vibes of this bathroom remodel are sure to take you to a place of calm. What a transformation this project underwent! Not only did we transform this bathroom into a spa-like sanctuary, but we also did it ahead of schedule. That's a rare occurrence in the construction and design industry. We removed the tub and extended out the wall for the shower, which the homeowners chose to expand. This created a walk-in space, made to look even bigger by its frameless glass and large format, linen-look porcelain tile on the walls. For the shower floor, we selected a blue multicolored penny tile, and for the accent band, an opulent glass mosaic tile in dreamy ocean tones. The accent tile also graces the back of a new wall niche. This shower is now beautiful and functional. To address the issues of storage, we removed a wall, freeing up space near the toilet, which was much-needed. Now there is a custom-built linen pantry crafted from alder wood stretching to the ceiling, adding to the visual height of the room and making the bathroom just work better. A new vanity, also made of alder wood, and the linen closet were both stained a rich, warm tone to show off that gorgeous grain. For the walls, we chose a cool blue hue that is soothing and fresh. The accent tile from the shower was carried behind the vanity's two LED mirrors for a bold visual impact. I love the reflection of the light on the tile! The LED mirrors are pretty high-tech, with a defogger and a dimmer to adjust the light levels. Topping the vanity is a creamy quartz countertop, two under-mount sinks, and plumbing and cabinetry hardware in brushed nickel finishes. The cabinet knobs have a stunning iridescent shell that's hard to miss. For the floors, we went with a large-format porcelain tile in dark grey that complements the coloring of the space as well as the look and feel. As a final touch, floating shelves in the same rich wood-tone create additional space for décor items and storage. I styled the shelves with items to inspire and soothe this dreamy bathroom.
