This 6,000sf luxurious custom new construction 5-bedroom, 4-bath home combines elements of open-concept design with traditional, formal spaces, as well. Tall windows, large openings to the back yard, and clear views from room to room are abundant throughout. The 2-story entry boasts a gently curving stair, and a full view through openings to the glass-clad family room. The back stair is continuous from the basement to the finished 3rd floor / attic recreation room. Believe it or not this tub used to be blue and textured on the outside and full of rust and dents on the inside - look at it now! It looks like a completely new bath but it isn't! What's more, the tub didn't even have to leave the house to undergo it's refurbishment.

We worked very closely with the client to come up with the colour palette for this family bathroom where a mix of natural marble and porcelain wood effect sit beautifully aside one another.

Lighting is so important in any area but particularly in a bathroom where it needs to be able to be both restful and flattering as well as practical and strong for ease of cleaning. That is why we always design in a minimum of two lighting circuits into our bathrooms giving our clients options.

We personally selected the marble top for this beautiful vanity unit and opted for the ogee edging to neatly finish off this beautiful, classic piece of bathroom furniture.
