These marble mosaics are so lovely to be in the same room as. Immediately you feel a sense of serenity. I like to think of them as fish scales. My client has a koi pond visible on exiting the bathroom. This was a renovation project. We removed the existing early '90s vanity, mirror and flour light fitting and all the plumbing fixtures. We than tiled the wall and put the new fixtures and fittings back. I love the combination of the black, white and timber with the soft greens of the mosaics & of course the odd house plant!

Situated on prime waterfront slip, the Pine Tree House could float we used so much wood. This project consisted of a complete package. Built-In lacquer wall unit with custom cabinetry & LED lights, walnut floating vanities, credenzas, walnut slat wood bar with antique mirror backing.

Marble Bathroom in Worthing, West Sussex A family bathroom and en-suite provide a luxurious relaxing space for local High Salvington, Worthing clients. The Brief This bathroom project in High Salvington, Worthing required a luxurious bathroom theme that could be utilised across a larger family bathroom and a smaller en-suite. The client for this project sought a really on trend design, with multiple personal elements to be incorporated. In addition, lighting improvements were sought to maintain a light theme across both rooms. Design Elements Across the two bathrooms designer Aron was tasked with keeping both space light, but also including luxurious elements. In both spaces white marble tiles have been utilised to help balance natural light, whilst adding a premium feel. In the family bathroom a feature wall with herringbone laid tiles adds another premium element to the space. To include the required storage in the family bathroom, a wall hung unit from British supplier Saneux has been incorporated. This has been chosen in the natural English Oak finish and uses a handleless system for operation of drawers. A podium sink sits on top of the furniture unit with a complimenting white also used. Special Inclusions This client sought a number of special inclusions to tailor the design to their own style. Matt black brassware from supplier Saneux has been used throughout, which teams nicely with the marble tiles and the designer shower screen chosen by this client. Around the bath niche alcoves have been incorporated to provide a place to store essentials and decorations, these have been enhanced with discrete downlighting. Throughout the room lighting enhancements have been made, with wall mounted lights either side of the HiB Xenon mirrored unit, downlights in the ceiling and lighting in niche alcoves. Our expert fitting team have even undertaken the intricate task of tilling this l-shaped bath panel. Project Highlight In addition to the family bathroom, this project involved renovating an existing en-suite. White marble tiles have again been used, working well with the Pewter Grey bathroom unit from British supplier Saneux’s Air range. A Crosswater shower enclosure is used in this room, with niche alcoves again incorporated. A key part of the design in this room was to create a theme with enough natural light and balanced features. The End Result These two bathrooms use a similar theme, providing two wonderful and relaxing spaces to this High Salvington property. The design conjured by Aron keeps both spaces feeling light and opulent, with the theme enhanced by a number of special inclusions for this client. Create extra storage in small bathroom by adding a full length medicine cabinet as well as choosing a vanity that offers drawers for storage. And the vanity seems to take up less space because it's elevated; however, the leg support takes the weight off mounting on the thin drywall in condos.

Lee & James wanted to update to their primary bathroom and ensuite closet. It was a small space that had a few pain points. The closet footprint was minimal and didn’t allow for sufficient organization of their wardrobe, a daily struggle for the couple. In addition, their ensuite bathroom had a shower that was petite, and the door from the bedroom was glass paned so it didn’t provide privacy. Also, the room had no bathtub – something they had desired for the ten years they’d lived in the home. The bedroom had an indent that took up much of one wall with a large wardrobe inside. Nice, but it didn’t take the place of a robust closet. The McAdams team helped the clients create a design that extended the already cantilevered area where the primary bathroom sat to give the room a little more square footage, which allowed us to include all the items the couple desired. The indent and wardrobe in the primary bedroom wall were removed so that the interior of the wall could be incorporated as additional closet space. New sconces were placed on either side of the bed, and a ceiling fan was added overhead for ultimate comfort on warm summer evenings. The former closet area was repurposed to create the couple’s new and improved (and now much larger) shower. Beautiful Bianco St. Croix tile was installed on the walls and floor of the shower and a frameless glass door highlighting the fabulous Brizo rainshower head and Delta adjustable handheld showerhead all combine to provide the ultimate showering experience. A gorgeous walnut vanity with a Calacutta Gold Honed Marble slab top (that coordinates with the kitchen) replaced the old cabinet. A matte black Pottery Barn Vintage Pill Shaped Mirror was placed above the undermount sink, while a striking LED pendant serves as the main light source. The newly added square footage allows for a Victoria and Albert stand-alone soaking tub with an adjacent towel warmer, all of which almost makes you forget you’re in a home and not a high-end spa. Finally, just past the new Toto toilet with bidet, the couple got their new, large walk-in closet with customized storage solutions for their individual needs. The transformation absolutely helped Lee and James love their home again!

It was a real pleasure to work with these clients to create a fusion of East Coast USA and Morocco in this North London Flat. A modest architectural intervention of rebuilding the rear extension on lower ground and creating a first floor bathroom over the same footprint. The project combines modern-eclectic interior design with twenty century vintage classics. The colour scheme of pinks, greens and coppers create a vibrant palette that sits comfortably within this period property.
