Our clients wanted the ultimate modern farmhouse custom dream home. They found property in the Santa Rosa Valley with an existing house on 3 ½ acres. They could envision a new home with a pool, a barn, and a place to raise horses. JRP and the clients went all in, sparing no expense. Thus, the old house was demolished and the couple’s dream home began to come to fruition. The result is a simple, contemporary layout with ample light thanks to the open floor plan. When it comes to a modern farmhouse aesthetic, it’s all about neutral hues, wood accents, and furniture with clean lines. Every room is thoughtfully crafted with its own personality. Yet still reflects a bit of that farmhouse charm. Their considerable-sized kitchen is a union of rustic warmth and industrial simplicity. The all-white shaker cabinetry and subway backsplash light up the room. All white everything complimented by warm wood flooring and matte black fixtures. The stunning custom Raw Urth reclaimed steel hood is also a star focal point in this gorgeous space. Not to mention the wet bar area with its unique open shelves above not one, but two integrated wine chillers. It’s also thoughtfully positioned next to the large pantry with a farmhouse style staple: a sliding barn door. The master bathroom is relaxation at its finest. Monochromatic colors and a pop of pattern on the floor lend a fashionable look to this private retreat. Matte black finishes stand out against a stark white backsplash, complement charcoal veins in the marble looking countertop, and is cohesive with the entire look. A Relaxed Coastal Bathroom showcasing a sage green subway tiled feature wall combined with a white ripple wall tile and a light terrazzo floor tile. This family-friendly bathroom uses brushed copper tapware from ABI Interiors throughout and features a rattan wall hung vanity with a stone top and an above counter vessel basin. An arch mirror and niche beside the vanity wall complements this user-friendly bathroom. A walk-in shower with inbuilt shower niche, an overhead shower and a wall handheld shower makes this space usable for everyone. Il bagno crea una continuazione materica con il resto della casa. Si è optato per utilizzare gli stessi materiali per il mobile del lavabo e per la colonna laterale. Il dettaglio principale è stato quello di piegare a 45° il bordo del mobile per creare una gola di apertura dei cassetti ed un vano a giorno nella parte bassa. Il lavabo di Duravit va in appoggio ed è contrastato dalle rubinetterie nere Gun di Jacuzzi. Le pareti sono rivestite di Biscuits, le piastrelle di 41zero42.

Avec Interiors, together with our valued client and builder partner 5blox, rejuvenates a dated and narrow and poorly functioning 90s bathroom. The project culminates in a tranquil sanctuary that epitomizes quiet luxury. The redesign features a custom oak vanity with an integrated hamper and extensive storage, polished nickel finishes, and artfully placed decorative wall niches. Functional elements harmoniously blend with aesthetic details, such as the captivating blue-green shower tile and the charming mini stars and cross tiles adorning both the floor and niches.

The brief was to create a Guest Shower room which would predominantly be used as a cloakroom. We chose bold glossy bottle green glazed and chalky white tiling, textured vinyl wall covering, light timber vanity and brushed steel brassware. A key feature is the stunning natural pebble washbasin with a polished interior and contrasting rough exterior for a spa like feel. We also created a cupboard at the end of the shower and fitted a Steadyrack bike rack which stores our client's commuter bike in an upright position when not in use.

Accessibility is something to keep in mind for those visiting your home. We designed this guest bath with a zero-entry shower and wide door openings. Since this home's side sits against one of Savannah's ubiquitous lanes, we added a skylight instead of a side window, which allows for natural light and complete privacy.
