The Vintage Vanity unit was adapted to create something quote unique. The pop of electric blue in the Thomas Crapper basin makes the whole room sing with colour. Detail tiled splash back keeps it fun & individual.

We were tasked to transform this long, narrow Victorian terrace into a modern space while maintaining some character from the era. We completely re-worked the floor plan on this project. We opened up the back of this home, by removing a number of walls and levelling the floors throughout to create a space that flows harmoniously from the entry all the way through to the deck at the rear of the property.

Another property prepped and ready for staging! We loved working on this modern architectural property. MCM staging with warm hues and a beautifully refreshed property, this house sold quickly and well over asking!

This expansive bathroom is a harmonious fusion of luxury, functionality, and natural elements inspired by the lush greenery of the jungle. Bespoke His and Hers Black Marble Porcelain Basins: The focal point of the space is a his & hers bespoke black marble porcelain basin atop a 160cm double drawer basin unit crafted in Italy. The real wood veneer with fluted detailing adds a touch of sophistication and organic charm to the design. Brushed Brass Wall-Mounted Basin Mixers: Wall-mounted basin mixers in brushed brass with scrolled detailing on the handles provide a luxurious touch, creating a visual link to the inspiration drawn from the jungle. The juxtaposition of black marble and brushed brass adds a layer of opulence. Jungle and Nature Inspiration: The design draws inspiration from the jungle and nature, incorporating greens, wood elements, and stone components. The overall palette reflects the serenity and vibrancy found in natural surroundings. Green ceramic tile paired with a unique tile pattern creates a stunning contrast with the white tile, countertops and white oak cabinetry. The horizontal grain cabinetry creates a relaxing vibe.

This 1956 John Calder Mackay home had been poorly renovated in years past. We kept the 1400 sqft footprint of the home, but re-oriented and re-imagined the bland white kitchen to a midcentury olive green kitchen that opened up the sight lines to the wall of glass facing the rear yard. We chose materials that felt authentic and appropriate for the house: handmade glazed ceramics, bricks inspired by the California coast, natural white oaks heavy in grain, and honed marbles in complementary hues to the earth tones we peppered throughout the hard and soft finishes. This project was featured in the Wall Street Journal in April 2022.
