This is the kids bathroom and I wanted it to be playful. Adding geometry and pattern in the floor makes a bold fun statement. I used enhances subway tile with beautiful matte texture in two colors. I tiled the tub alcove dark blue with a full length niche for all the bath toys that accumulate. In the rest of the bathroom, I used white tiles. The custom Lacava vanity with a black open niche makes a strong statement here and jumps off against the white tiles. I converted this bathroom from a shower to a tub to make it a kids bathroom. One of my favourite details here is the niche running the full length of the tub for the unlimited toys kids need to bring with them. The black schluter detail makes it more defined and draws the eye in. When they grow up, this bathroom stays cool enough for teenagers and always fun for guests.

Although the footprint stayed the same, the functionality and storage were greatly improved, along with all the surfaces and fixtures.

This house has two bathrooms — one in the hallway and one in the primary bedroom. For a more comfortable bathroom experience, we installed heated floors on both. This one is the hallway bathroom. We continued the overall blue and gray theme of the house by adding beautiful blue stacked tiles by the shower and dark gray vanity countertops.

Sophisticated and fun were the themes in this design. This bathroom is used by three young children. The parents wanted a bathroom whose decor would be fun for the children, but "not a kiddy bathroom". This family travels to the beach quite often, so they wanted a beach resort (emphasis on resort) influence in the design. Storage of toiletries & medications, as well as a place to hang a multitude of towels, were the primary goals. Besides meeting the storage goals, the bathroom needed to be brightened and needed better lighting. Ocean-inspired blue & white wallpaper was paired with bright orange, Moroccan-inspired floor & accent tiles from Fireclay Tile to give the "resort" look the clients were looking for. Working with Casey & Tom in their guest bathroom was such an honor. This bathroom was the first stage of their home remodel. They wanted to change the look of the builder grade bathroom and fixtures. We started out by selecting an oversized white matte hex tile for the walls. This tile selection was a perfect match to the personalities that will be using this bathroom. This oversized niche complimented the hex tile. We used a large format navy blue tile in the niche for easy maintenance. The old flooring was gutted and installed a concrete look porcelain tile. We also painted the wall a neutral grey to compliment the pops in colors. We also installed new white shaker cabinets with a striking large, veined quartz. To keep with the rectangle profile, we installed a new Kohler tub, 2 new rectangle sinks, and a modern rectangle mirror. With all these features we paired with the Delta Trinsic faucet and shower fixtures in the Brilliance Stainless finish. Lastly, we updated all the lighting fixtures in the room. Removing the old light above the vanity and replacing it with a larger fixture. We also removed the old dome light in the shower room and replaced it will a recessed can light to force light more evenly throughout the room.

A black furniture looking vanity with an open shelf for towels below. The countertop is marble. Above the sink is a frameless mirror and two chrome sconces.

This upstairs bath remodel was designed by Nicole from our Windham showroom. This bath features Cabico Essence vanity with Maple wood, Cartago (raised panel) door style and Columbia (Dark Brown) stain finish. This remodel also features LG Viatera Quartz countertop with Aria color and ¼ bevel edge. The bathroom floor is 16” x 16” Alterna Gistine Bisque and the tub tile wall is 24” x 24” Mediterranea Marmol Café honed. Other features include Sterling (By Kohler) tub in a biscuit color, Kohler ligh fixture in Oil rubbed bronze, Kohler shower trim in Oiul rubbed bronze, Kohler shower trim in Oil rubbed bronze and Kohler toilet in biscuit. The vanity hardware was from Amerock; both handles and knobs are in Satin Nickel.
