This living room design reflects a tailored “old world” look, respecting the original features of the Spice Warehouse. With its high ceilings, arched windows, original brick wall and iron columns, this space is a testament of ancient time and old world elegance. The master bathroom was designed with tradition in mind and a taste for old elegance. it is fitted with a fabulous walk in glass shower and a deep soaking tub. The pedestal soaking tub and Italian carrera marble metal legs, double custom sinks balance classic style and modern flair. This Willow Glen Eichler had undergone an 80s renovation that sadly didn't take the midcentury modern architecture into consideration. We converted both bathrooms back to a midcentury modern style with an infusion of Japandi elements. We borrowed space from the master bedroom to make the master ensuite a luxurious curbless wet room with soaking tub and Japanese tiles.

In this bathroom, the client wanted the contrast of the white subway tile and the black hexagon tile. We tiled up the walls and ceiling to create a wet room feeling.

Stage two of this project was to renovate the upstairs bathrooms which consisted of main bathroom, powder room, ensuite and walk in robe. A feature wall of hand made subways laid vertically and navy and grey floors harmonise with the downstairs theme. We have achieved a calming space whilst maintaining functionality and much needed storage space.

Simple clean design...in this master bathroom renovation things were kept in the same place but in a very different interpretation. The shower is where the exiting one was, but the walls surrounding it were taken out, a curbless floor was installed with a sleek tile-over linear drain that really goes away. A free-standing bathtub is in the same location that the original drop in whirlpool tub lived prior to the renovation. The result is a clean, contemporary design with some interesting "bling" effects like the bubble chandelier and the mirror rounds mosaic tile located in the back of the niche.

Nos clients ont fait l'acquisition de ce 135 m² afin d'y loger leur future famille. Au fond, il y a la cuisine, située à la place d'une ancienne chambre. Elle détonne de par sa singularité : un look contemporain avec ses façades grises et ses finitions en laiton sur fond de papier au style anglais. ⁠ ⁠ Les rangements de la cuisine s'invitent jusqu'au premier salon comme un trait d'union parfait entre les 2 pièces. ⁠ ⁠ Derrière une verrière coulissante, on trouve le 2e salon, lieu de détente ultime avec sa bibliothèque-meuble télé conçue sur-mesure par nos équipes. ⁠ ⁠ Enfin, les SDB sont un exemple de notre savoir-faire ! Il y a celle destinée aux enfants : spacieuse, chaleureuse avec sa baignoire ovale. Et celle des parents : compacte et aux traits plus masculins avec ses touches de noir.

This beautiful home boasted fine architectural elements such as arched entryways and soaring ceilings but the master bathroom was dark and showing it’s age of nearly 30 years. This family wanted an elegant space that felt like the master bathroom but that their teenage daughters could still use without fear of ruining anything. The neutral color palette features both warm and cool elements giving the space dimension without being overpowering. The free standing bathtub creates space while the addition of the tall vanity cabinet means everything has a home in this clean and elegant space.

This bathroom is situated on the second floor of an apartment overlooking Albert Park Beach. The bathroom has a window view and the owners wanted to ensure a relaxed feeling was created in this space drawing on the elements of the ocean, with the organic forms. Raw materials like the pebble stone floor, concrete basins and bath were carefully selected to blend seamlessly and create a muted colour palette. Tactile forms engage the user in an environment that is atypical to the clinical/ white space most expect. The pebble floor, with the addition of under floor heating, adds a sensory element pertaining to a day spa.
