A bright bathroom remodel and refurbishment. The clients wanted a lot of storage, a good size bath and a walk in wet room shower which we delivered. Their love of blue was noted and we accented it with yellow, teak furniture and funky black tapware

Our Austin studio used quirky patterns and colors as well as eco-friendly furnishings and materials to give this home a unique design language that suits the young family who lives there. This Master Suite while being spacious, was poorly planned in the beginning. Master Bathroom and Walk-in Closet were small relative to the Bedroom size. Bathroom, being a maze of turns, offered a poor traffic flow. It only had basic fixtures and was never decorated to look like a living space. Geometry of the Bedroom (long and stretched) allowed to use some of its' space to build two Walk-in Closets while the original walk-in closet space was added to adjacent Bathroom. New Master Bathroom layout has changed dramatically (walls, door, and fixtures moved). The new space was carefully planned for two people using it at once with no sacrifice to the comfort. New shower is huge. It stretches wall-to-wall and has a full length bench with granite top. Frame-less glass enclosure partially sits on the tub platform (it is a drop-in tub). Tiles on the walls and on the floor are of the same collection. Elegant, time-less, neutral - something you would enjoy for years. This selection leaves no boundaries on the decor. Beautiful open shelf vanity cabinet was actually made by the Home Owners! They both were actively involved into the process of creating their new oasis. New Master Suite has two separate Walk-in Closets. Linen closet which used to be a part of the Bathroom, is now accessible from the hallway. Master Bedroom, still big, looks stunning. It reflects taste and life style of the Home Owners and blends in with the overall style of the House. Some of the furniture in the Bedroom was also made by the Home Owners.

We extended the vanity by shifting the toilet and adding a sink to make it a double and operate as more of a primary bathroom space. We also removed a half wall at the original built in tub to accommodate and create a more open space for a modern freestanding tub. Lastly, we opened the shower area and took the full height partition wall into a half wall with open glass above to continue to make the entire space feel more open. https://123remodeling.com/

A condo master suite was reimagined as a luxury spa in a very tight space. A hydro massage tub with both jet and air massage was combined with a large open shower space as a wet room area. Honed slate on the walls and pebble marble tiles on the floor created a natural zen feel. The area around the tub and a little splash guard on the wall next to the shower were accentuated by glass mosaic tile with a free form edge. Heated floor and a towel warmer keep the bathroom comfortably warm.

Custom built 6' wide steam shower with bench. Built frame, hardy back, red guard then installed tile peices along with mesh tiles for ceiling and floors. Cut out 3 Niches, the one at the bottom has steam valves. Installed (2) shower heads and (2) recessed LED lights. This project was a nightmare becuase the customers used another contractor to do what we accomplished and he ended up taking their money and ruining their home. We had to demo the entire Master bathroom to get a clean slate which then we were able to build a floor plan off of what was able to be used. A ton of fabrication, relocating plumbing, walls, paint and much more. If you look at the "before" photos, you will see how this home used to look compared to what it does now. Customers lived on-site while we worked, which made it twice as hard with all of their belongings in the way but a great company works around all the obstacles thrown at them!
