This complete bathroom remodel includes a tray ceiling, custom light gray oak double vanity, shower with built-in seat and niche, frameless shower doors, a marble focal wall, led mirrors, white quartz, a toto toilet, brass and lux gold finishes, and porcelain tile.

Simple clean design...in this master bathroom renovation things were kept in the same place but in a very different interpretation. The shower is where the exiting one was, but the walls surrounding it were taken out, a curbless floor was installed with a sleek tile-over linear drain that really goes away. A free-standing bathtub is in the same location that the original drop in whirlpool tub lived prior to the renovation. The result is a clean, contemporary design with some interesting "bling" effects like the bubble chandelier and the mirror rounds mosaic tile located in the back of the niche.

Modern Citi Group recently completed this remarkable condo renovation project in Jersey City, tailored to meet the distinct tastes of a homeowner seeking a space that exudes feminine charm and personalized elegance. This full renovation included a complete overhaul of the look of this home, incorporating the client's very specific desires. Our design team worked closely with the client to ensure the alignment of vision and brought to life the dreams of the client. Every renovation project starts with the planning phase led by the project planners. At the at-home visit, Anna captured a 360 tour of the apartment to get accurate measurements and fast-track the project. As the project progressed, the client was able to keep track of costs and enjoy simulations on her client dashboard. The planning process went smoothly, and the client was very happy with the results. To achieve this feminine look, bespoke light fixtures and carefully selected wallpaper were installed to create a refined ambiance. Going above and beyond, the project also incorporated cutting-edge technology, including a smart toilet and bidet. Every inch of space in the home reflects the client's exact desires and taste. This comprehensive endeavor focused on transforming the residence, encompassing a full-scale renovation of the kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The team refinished the floors, ceilings and walls - integrating elements that resonated with the homeowner's vision for a space that harmoniously blends femininity, class, and timeless elegance. The end result is a meticulously crafted home that not only reflects the homeowner's individual style but also stands as a testament to Modern Citi Group's commitment to delivering sophisticated and personalized living spaces.

Acrylic freestanding tub added in this light, bright, and refreshing bathroom remodel. From drab colors to light and bright was the transformation of this bathroom remodel. First and trending, garden tub is removed and replaced with a white acrylic freestanding tub. In addition, to a beautifully wrapped subway tile wall eloquently displayed with a glass mixed mosaic tile. Along with adding a Schluter metal shelf just above the tub to hold those necessities with a matching schluter metal trim along the top of the mosaic. Next, shower modified and enlarged to accommodate a marble bench, threshold, and beautiful shelves to hold those necessities. Included just above the bench is a niche neatly hidden to accommodate additional storage. Coupled with a waterfall tile running down the center of the back wall is stunning. Shower floor and interior of niche completed in a honed lava grey tile. Furthermore, cabinets refreshed and refurbished with a blue grey paint topped with elegant marble countertops. Together with the glass mixed mosaic and subway tile was used throughout the bathroom adding the finishing touches and creating a sense of luxury. Finally, warm wood-look grey tile flowing throughout the floor is inviting. The before and after photos of this bathroom remodel is stunning. When refreshing, light, and bright are in order. This bathroom renovation is perfectly displayed.

This master bath is a perfect example of a well balanced space, with his and hers counter spaces just to start. His tall 6'8" stature required a 40 inch counter height creating this multi-level counter space that wraps in along the wall, continuing to the vanity desk. The smooth transition between each level is intended to emulate that of a traditional flow form piece. This gives each of them ample functional space and storage. The warm tones within wood accents and the cooler tones found in the tile work are tied together nicely with the greige stone countertop. In contrast to the barn door and other wood features, matte black hardware is used as a sharp accent. This space successfully blends into a rustic elegance theme.
