This beautiful bathroom has light gray marble floors. The large shower has white Carrera marble subway tiled walls, gray marble basketweave tile floor, and a luxurious oil rubbed bronze rainfall shower head. The two vanities are made of solid cherry wood and are topped with a blue-gray quartzite. French gold and oil rubbed bronze fixtures add a warm and polished detail. The bathroom’s window seat is special spot, providing extra storage and lots of light. The main projects in this Wayne, PA home were renovating the kitchen and the master bathroom, but we also updated the mudroom and the dining room. Using different materials and textures in light colors, we opened up and brightened this lovely home giving it an overall light and airy feel. Interior Designer Larina Kase, of Wayne, PA, used furniture and accent pieces in bright or contrasting colors that really shine against the light, neutral colored palettes in each room. This was a complete gut & redesign of a master bathroom in Littleton, Colorado, with a goal of modern luxury spa. I believe that was achieved, and my clients couldn't be any happier with how it turned out! Carrera marble floors are heated, which run into the closet to the right side. Custom doors were made for the closet and toilet rooms, recessed lighting in the ceiling in both spaces, and fabulous new light fixtures to add a gorgeous and warm atmosphere. Solid white quartz counters add an additional touch of luxurious clean, simple lines. I wanted teak walls in this space. However, maintenance is quite a frequent challenge, so we settled on ceramic tile, which turned out to be above & beyond stunning! It is also extremely durable and virtually maintenance-free. The frameless shower allows the gorgeous cuts of Carrera marble to beautifully show, in addition to the "wood" accent.

The beautiful master bath features black marble herringbone floors, floating walnut cabinetry, and luxurious "get you clean" amenities :an in-shower soaking tub, multi-head shower including rain head, oversized walk-in shower with ten foot frameless glass enclosure. Anyone would love to put this space to use.

NEW EXPANDED LARGER SHOWER, PLUMBING, TUB & SHOWER GLASS The family wanted to update their Jack & Jill’s guest bathroom. They chose stunning grey Polished tile for the walls with a beautiful deco coordinating tile for the large wall niche. Custom frameless shower glass for the enclosed tub/shower combination. The shower and bath plumbing installation in a champagne bronze Delta 17 series with a dual function pressure balanced shower system and integrated volume control with hand shower. A clean line square white drop-in tub to finish the stunning shower area. ALL NEW FLOORING, WALL TILE & CABINETS For this updated design, the homeowners choose a Calcutta white for their floor tile. All new paint for walls and cabinets along with new hardware and lighting. Making this remodel a stunning project!

Our Lakewood clients came to Advance Design dreaming of a home spa with fresh, clean, elegant details. The design process was important, as our clients had found polished nickel sconces that set the tone for the design. Our designer moved the toilet to the other side of the existing layout to open up the space and let more light in. Once the layout was set and the 3D illustrations completed, our clients were sold. The finished product is better than our clients ever imagined. They achieved a five-star master bath feel in the comfort of their own home. The fresh and clean vibe is evident in the master bath vanity, with Sea Salt Maple Cabinets from Medallion. These bright white cabinets are complemented by the Calacatta Quartz countertop with undermount sinks and stainless-steel Kohler faucets. Hexagon Firenze Carrara Honed tile covers the floor, and shower floor adding stunning texture. A large glass shower is lined by 4 x 12” Firenze Carrara Polished tile that matches the flooring. The stainless-steel shower fixtures from Rohl are truly unique. Gold accents in the mirror and pendant light fixture contrast the bright white colors of the tub and walls. It wouldn’t be surprising to see this bathroom in a five-star hotel.

Adding paneling to the walls and mirrors gives the room a seamless, finished look, which is highlighted by lights integrated into the mirrors. The homeowners wanted a lot in this medium-sized bathroom. They requested a stacking washer and dryer, a place for the ironing board, as much storage as possible along with the mandatory toilet, shower and double vanity. A custom unit spans the whole wall, incorporating the washer and dryer unit in with the vanity. The washer and dryer can be hidden when not in use. The pocket doors can be opened and slid back within the unit when in use, so that the doors are out of the way and also allowing for the needed ventilation when the washer and dryer are in use. Pull-out storage beside the washer and dryer holds laundry supplies as well as an ironing board and iron. Quartz countertops and marble floors add to the luxurious look of this space.
