Newly built of old materials, and old traditional building methods, including arched planked doors, leathered stone counter tops, stone entry, wrought iron straps, and metal beam straps. The Lake House is the first, a Tudor style cottage with a slate roof, 2 bedrooms, view filled living room open to the dining area, all overlooking the lake. The Carriage Home fills in when the kids come home to visit, and holds the garage for the whole idyllic village. This cottage features 2 bedrooms with on suite baths, a large open kitchen, and an warm, comfortable and inviting great room. All overlooking the lake. The third structure is the Wheel House, running a real wonderful old water wheel, and features a private suite upstairs, and a work space downstairs. An unexpected mix of stone surfaces gives the large, tradition Master Bathroom an air of permanence and elegance. This showcase bathrooms created with an experimental blend of numerous stones- all in the marble and limestone families, by mixing the warmth and the cool tones naturally. The creamy Limestone countertops fill the design and brings warmth and cheer to it. A serpentine mosaic on the adjacent wall runs above the edge of the oval tub. Although the mix of white, gray and gold might seem unusual, the finish effect is one of the turn-of-the-century European elegance.

This beautiful shower is equipped with a full entourage of showerheads and options, along with a full steam system and digital controls. The glass enclosure allows for the shower to be more open, and seal tightly when using the steam shower!

The master bathroom remodel included removing a sunken tub and filling in with concrete, removing and enlarging the shower to accommodate a shower bench and shower niche. Spanish hand made tiles were used to reflect the look of this Spanish style home

For this ski-in, ski-out mountainside property, the intent was to create an architectural masterpiece that was simple, sophisticated, timeless and unique all at the same time. The clients wanted to express their love for Japanese-American craftsmanship, so we incorporated some hints of that motif into the designs.

A very personal project that warranted an industrial meets Florida waterway feel. The original layout was poor and drew your eye to a weird corner in the master shower. The owner wanted a tub , bidet toilet, lots of storage and tile on all walls. We removed the double wall vanity and added a nook for the master tub which took advantage of the waterway views. We created a strong centerline with a linear skylight and mirror door on a large wall hung linen cabinet. The toilet, tub and shower are accessed thorough sliding glass shower doors hung from a steel beam. The shower valve and head and bath products are all housed in a custom built metal tower that compliments the steel beam. The result is an incredibly handsome bath that functions beautifully!

Idéalement situé en plein cœur du Marais sur la mythique place des Vosges, ce duplex sur cour comportait initialement deux contraintes spatiales : sa faible hauteur sous plafond (2,09m au plus bas) et sa configuration tout en longueur. Le cahier des charges des propriétaires faisait quant à lui mention de plusieurs demandes à satisfaire : la création de trois chambres et trois salles d’eau indépendantes, un espace de réception avec cuisine ouverte, le tout dans une atmosphère la plus épurée possible. Pari tenu ! Le niveau rez-de-chaussée dessert le volume d’accueil avec une buanderie invisible, une chambre avec dressing & espace de travail, ainsi qu’une salle d’eau. Au premier étage, le palier permet l’accès aux sanitaires invités ainsi qu’une seconde chambre avec cabinet de toilette et rangements intégrés. Après quelques marches, le volume s’ouvre sur la salle à manger, dans laquelle prend place un bar intégrant deux caves à vins et une niche en Corian pour le service. Le salon ensuite, où les assises confortables invitent à la convivialité, s’ouvre sur une cuisine immaculée dont les caissons hauts se font oublier derrière des façades miroirs. Enfin, la suite parentale située à l’extrémité de l’appartement offre une chambre fonctionnelle et minimaliste, avec sanitaires et salle d’eau attenante, le tout entièrement réalisé en béton ciré. L’ensemble des éléments de mobilier, luminaires, décoration, linge de maison & vaisselle ont été sélectionnés & installés par l’équipe d’Ameo Concept, pour un projet clé en main aux mille nuances de blancs.
