The master bedroom in this cozy home just got it very own bathroom. Custom cabinetry in a Puritan Gray color brings out the blue-green tones of the traditional accent niche tile.

Bathroom is right off the bedroom of this clients college aged daughter.

The hall bathroom got a full makeover and expansion with a navy sink, a fun tile selection and gold fixtures throughout.

The bathtub was replaced with the Asher alcove bathtub by Kohler to compliment the clean lines of the Asher toilet. The shower curtain was eliminated and replaced with a frameless sliding glass door by Vigo. Two colors and materials were used for the tile. We took up to the ceiling. Glass Night Sky 3x12 subway tile was used for the upper portion in a 4x4 herringbone pattern while gloss white 3x6 ceramic subway tile was used for the bottom.

Patterned floor tile and plenty of storage space for these kiddos.

This one is near and dear to my heart. Not only is it in my own backyard, it is also the first remodel project I've gotten to do for myself! This space was previously a detached two car garage in our backyard. Seeing it transform from such a utilitarian, dingy garage to a bright and cheery little retreat was so much fun and so rewarding! This space was slated to be an AirBNB from the start and I knew I wanted to design it for the adventure seeker, the savvy traveler, and those who appreciate all the little design details . My goal was to make a warm and inviting space that our guests would look forward to coming back to after a full day of exploring the city or gorgeous mountains and trails that define the Pacific Northwest. I also wanted to make a few bold choices, like the hunter green kitchen cabinets or patterned tile, because while a lot of people might be too timid to make those choice for their own home, who doesn't love trying it on for a few days?At the end of the day I am so happy with how it all turned out! --- Project designed by interior design studio Kimberlee Marie Interiors. Cozy first floor bath in a early 1900's cottage turned year around home. Shaker White vanity with Gray quartz top. Brushed Nickel fixtures. Bypass shower door. White Subway shower wall tile with accent tile band and shampoo niche. Faux wood floor tile on 3rd's stagger. White two piece ToTo toilet and white acrylic soaker tub. Light green wall color.

We carried the beveled subway and penny tile detail around the room to give a more cohesive feel to the space. The vanity was customized as a drawer style piece, allowing each of the boys his own storage space.
