How cool is this? We designed a pull-out tower, in three sections, beside "her" sink, to give the homeowner handy access for her make-up and hair care routine. We even installed the mirror exactly for her height! The sides of the pull-out were done in metal, to maximize the interior width of the shelves, and we even customized it so that the widest items she wanted to store in here would fit on these shelves!

The original master bathroom was tiny and outdated, with a single sink. The new design maximizes space and light while making the space feel luxurious. Eliminating the wall between the bedroom and bath and replacing it with sliding cherry and glass shoji screens brought more light into each room. 

A custom double vanity with makeup area was added.

The built in vanity is created with a medium oak colour and adorned with black faucets and handles under a white quartz countertop. Two identical mirrors under black lights adds a moody feel to the ensuite. The under cabinet lighting helps to accentuate the embossed pattern on the hexagon floor tiles

Master Bathroom transformation. From traditional to European minimalist design. One wall was expanded to increase the bathroom's footprint. A curbless shower and wall-hung toilet and vanity make as well as tile wainscot, make this bathroom a peaceful and inspiring wetroom. The large standing bathtub with two beautifully glass- tiled wall niches and wall-mounted contemporary polished chrome fixtures round-up this spa-like space.

Located right off the Primary bedroom – this bathroom is located in the far corners of the house. It should be used as a retreat, to rejuvenate and recharge – exactly what our homeowners asked for. We came alongside our client – listening to the pain points and hearing the need and desire for a functional, calming retreat, a drastic change from the disjointed, previous space with exposed pipes from a previous renovation. We worked very closely through the design and materials selections phase, hand selecting the marble tile on the feature wall, sourcing luxe gold finishes and suggesting creative solutions (like the shower’s linear drain and the hidden niche on the inside of the shower’s knee wall). The Maax Tosca soaker tub is a main feature and our client's #1 request. Add the Toto Nexus bidet toilet and a custom double vanity with a countertop tower for added storage, this luxury retreat is a must for busy, working parents.

Simple clean design...in this master bathroom renovation things were kept in the same place but in a very different interpretation. The shower is where the exiting one was, but the walls surrounding it were taken out, a curbless floor was installed with a sleek tile-over linear drain that really goes away. A free-standing bathtub is in the same location that the original drop in whirlpool tub lived prior to the renovation. The result is a clean, contemporary design with some interesting "bling" effects like the bubble chandelier and the mirror rounds mosaic tile located in the back of the niche.

This walk in shower is expertly framed with an elegant custom black shower grid enclosure.

En-suite bathroom, only one word can describe this and that's STUNNING. Tiny mosaic tiles make up feature wall behind vanity and bathtub. 2400 x 1200mm porcelain slab tiles everywhere else. All black fixtures and shower screen and a Corian bathtub that's fit for royalty.

SeaThru is a new, waterfront, modern home. SeaThru was inspired by the mid-century modern homes from our area, known as the Sarasota School of Architecture. This homes designed to offer more than the standard, ubiquitous rear-yard waterfront outdoor space. A central courtyard offer the residents a respite from the heat that accompanies west sun, and creates a gorgeous intermediate view fro guest staying in the semi-attached guest suite, who can actually SEE THROUGH the main living space and enjoy the bay views. Noble materials such as stone cladding, oak floors, composite wood louver screens and generous amounts of glass lend to a relaxed, warm-contemporary feeling not typically common to these types of homes. This bath was converted from a plain traditional bath to this stunning transitional master bath with Oriental influences. Shower with floating bench, frames glass snd black plumbing fixtures is the focal point of the room. A freestanding tub with floor mounted plumbing fixtures by Brizo. New Vanity with a Cambria Quartz Top, Roman style faucets and undermounted sinks keep the clean understand elements of this bath as the focus. Custom heated floor mat brings the ultimate comfort to this room. Now it is the spa like retreat the owners were looking for.
