“I contracted with Mr. Johnstone to paint the inside of my home prior to a spring sale of the house. I also had him repaint some of the ceilings as well. After his walk-through he noted a number of items which could affect the potential value during the sales process and recommended some minor repairs and patching before painting. Well I cannot tell you how beautiful the final results were after his work, as the home looked brand new, and had a much more aesthetic appeal for potential buyers as well as ourselves who though we liked it before the work.
