“I was referred to J. Collins construction by a trusted real estate agent and felt Josh would be a good choice for my project. He converted my 100 year old cottage that had previously been a duplex back into a duplex. This involved building a new kitchen, remodeling a second kitchen, building a new bathroom, changing 2 exterior doors and rebuilding a crumbling basement entrance among many other things. He completed this large project in 10 weeks and was always available to resolve issues that arose and help make decisions to get the most value out of dollars spent.
