“No 2nd quote! Yes! I signed my first ADU contract with DH! Either Sam and his team are too good, or I am too blind trusting, and so far, I think it is the former. Sam took me to work sites, and had me meeting designer Shon, on phone with his manager, Idan. The team works very well together. I like that. Sam has the ability to remove all the doubts and questions I have, and he is a creative problem solver I did not mark a 5 star because we just started. Sometimes, Joey don't reply my text right away, I understand that everybody is busy, and I don't immediately reply everything either, and on issues gating the progress, Sam is very responsive. All in all, things look good.”

“NewKey has been by far the best GC in the Bay area I have ever worked with. From the start of planning, to the coordination with their subs and team members for installs, they have been very detail oriented. As challenges arise which they always do, they actually pick up the phone when you call and work on resolutions within hours not days or weeks! “Solid team that knows what they are doing. The team at Green Planet Remodeling helped me renovate 2 bathrooms - and remedied a lot of the shoddy work that was lurking behind the wall (thanks to my crappy builder for those surprises). Good guys that were efficient and professional through the whole experience. They even provided me with a 3D Design for both of the bathrooms that another company wanted to charge me for!
