“Having purchased a Kinder Oasis living flame gas fire from OER approx. 13 years previously, I had no hesitation in visiting their new (to myself and wife) showroom again. We immediately appreciated the professionalism shown to us concerning choosing a replacement, an Oasis Plus. All arrangements and fitting were carried out with no fuss whatsoever.”

“We recently visited Stoke gas, Shelton, S O T, because we had started a total renovation project in our home. As we were making complete changes, and after trawling the internet, without success we decided to visit the above branch, numerous times may I add. At each visit we were treated with patience, professionalism, pleasantness. we greatly admired the knowledge of all types of fires and felt we left very happy with our purchase without straying far from our planned budget.
