“Our project involved the conversion of a conservatory into a more habitable room with new foundations. a full glass-doored front and Velux windows. Milestone were courteous, prompt and carried out all their pre-planning and construction duties in a very professional and competent manner. They coordinated the work of several trades during the build and were always available to deal with any questions and issues we might have had. The work was completed to time and budget and we are delighted with the result.”

“We had been searching for a while for a company who would not just complete our project but keep us updated and communicate every step of the way, due to past experiences with tradesman who would keep us in the dark. Elliot, communicated with us every step of the way in a professional and friendly manner. Although our project was not massive in size, it was quite complex and needed lots of investigating which is where Josh came in who really helped us in saving parts of kitchen while modernising and replacing other parts.Overall if you are looking for a professional, modern construction company who care so much more than just completing the project as quick as possible and collecting their paycheck then Unity are the company, an incredible job and will definitely use Unity for the rest of our time in Sheffield!”

“I used Tom and Chris for my new extension to my bungalow. From the very first meeting with them to signing off the job I could not praise their professionalism, quality, attention to detail and general “can do attitude” high enough. They put my mind at ease, explaining building terms and what everything meant. Whenever they said they were coming they did, they kept me totally up to date with all aspects of the work and never, ever let me down. I live alone and it’s the first time I have ever done anything to my house on this scale and they totally put my mind at rest throughout the project which I think is very important. They kept everything on time and there were no nasty surprises with the budget (which to me is very important). “I met Ellie through a networking group. We arranged a coffee date to discuss my conservatory problems. To cold in winter and it had become more of a 'glory hole ' rather than a functional room. Ellie arranged for 3 quotes and we met up afterwards to discuss the best quote for me. I am delighted with the result of the building work and the support that Ellie gave throughout the project. No problems for me to sort out at any time. Ellie consulted with the builder keeping me informed of any technical problems that occurred. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Maison Frais to take on your building project.”

“Having a business which which provides a high quality of service with meticulous attention to detail I have particularly high standards when it comes to photographing property and fulfilling the requirements of the most discerning of clients. It is therefore a pleasure to find a company who also work to these ideals and standards. I have been fortunate to work with Express in the Home on quite a number of occasions and I can honestly say their standard of work and attention to detail are second to none. I have heard nothing but great reports from all the home owners I have worked with, and all of the properties I have photographed have been extremely impressive and tastefully designed. They are an innovative and forward thinking company, and a growing company, and often when a company grows they lose that personal touch, but that is most certainly not the case with Express in the Home.
