“Payman has completed a handful of projects on various properties for us, mostly kitchen and bathroom remodels. He and his team do a great job and are easy to work with. Payman is very responsive-answers texts and calls quickly, always on time to meetings. Every project has finished ahead of schedule and on budget! When problems arise as they do in construction, he stays calm and says "no problem" and it is no problem for the homeowner. Payman handles everything on his end so that the homeowner doesn't have to worry about anything. He does a weekly walk through and his focus in on making sure I'm happy with the progress and that things are going smoothly. He has a great attitude and genuinely wants to know if there are any areas that his team could improve on. Salvador is much more that a carpenter, has been with the company for 15+ years and can seemingly do anything. His work is impressive and he tends to the smallest detail to make sure the homeowner is happy. Emanuel does fantastic tile work and is so focused that I never see him take a break. Jesus, the young man that did the painting was also very conscientious. On our most recent project, I let him know that he didn't have to paint the bathroom door as we were planning on replacing all the interior doors at some point. It looked terrible so he painted it anyway and did a beautiful job. I'm so happy he did because it looks so good that I can take my time replacing it. Allan, the newest addition to the office, is responsive and focused on continually improving their service and keeping the customer happy. When your focus is on doing quality work and making sure the homeowner is happy, everything else seems to fall into place.”

“Great experience, high value, very reliable and best crew we ever worked with. Mayer’s construction did a home remodeling for us during the last 6 months. It has been a big home remodel for us that took design and build as well. After months spending finding the right company for us, we have choose to work with Mike & Nathan Mayer from Mayer’s construction. A week after finalizing contract we started working with Su & Luis both company’s architect and engineer. We worked on the new plans we agreed and wanted at first and started to have architect drawings ready, when we got into engineering process, both Mayer’s construction and us didn’t know we were suppose to redone so much of the existing footings and reinforce of additional walls as 20 years ago we did a 2nd story addition that was probably made poorly and unprofessional. They were extremely kind and helpful and kept the price as we agreed on and didn’t changed a thing. The plan process and measurements took about a month or so, and finally we were able to submit the plans to the city of San Jose. After getting the permits done and job card set ( overall 5 months of waiting / SJ is a pretty busy city) we got into work schedule and been ready to move out as the entire home going to be demolished. Mike was very organized both managing and scheduling the team, rough materials arrivals, and to us to be fully briefed with details and what we need and when. The process of work was great and on timeline , city did changed a lot during this time period with their inspection delays but it didn’t interrupt with our schedule or timeline due to great management ahead. We just finished our work and we absolutely in love with our new home! New flooring throughout, new kitchen, new bathrooms, complete open floor plan, new stair case, new rooms reconfigured, new paint, new texture, new windows and sliding doors throughout, all new plumbing and electrical. A brand new and beautiful home we got thanks to Mayer’s construction and the team, Mike, Nathan, Raul, Jose and many more who had a added value and did this work absolute best.”

“Tony and his team did an excellent job . They expanded my master bedroom including the bathroom and a walk in closet. I am not the easiest customer. I had so many questions, and Tony was patient with me every step of the way. They were very thorough and competitive. They were constantly updating me and going over the process . The entire experience was great!! Always on time with a great attitude. I want to say that I worked with a few general contractors over the years and it is difficult to find a good one that actually keeps you updated. “Jay Andre Construction was key from start to finish with a dream home that neighbors friends and family cannot stop complimenting. Jay is a meticulous pro who involved himself with all aspects of my remodel which included a 900 sq foot home addition and a 300 sq foot outdoor covered kitchen area. His employees shared the same level of profesionalisim as there boss and were always pleasant to be around on the job site, which I considered extremely comforting when the job site is also your home. I have reccomended Jay to family and friends for projects and have had no regrets for doing so.
