“I needed a special order for a hospital bed. Twin XL with extra firm mattress. Had to be maximum height of 8 inches. Need to have cooling technology so the patient would not stick to the bed and be able to move. I work with Alison Garrison at Maine Street Living to order the mattress needed. Alison was extremely knowledgable. She asked all the right questions. I had to do more research with the person whom the order is for to answer her questions. They ranged from firmness, thickness, Gel, foam, cover, warm or cool? Her attention to detail i know i will get the right product. It is seldom one gets some much product knowledge "live" these days. I have to say the process was difficult in a great way and educational.”
