I engaged Marc-Alain and team, who did a full design for the room. They both did a great job incorporating my goals and ideas, and added in suggestions of their own that were well received. Throughout the process they were responsive, clear and upfront about expectations. The wood and metal samples they provided looked of good quality and matched the finished product. I felt the pricing was very reasonable given the quality and compared favorably to alternative racking products. I had it installed by my contractor who said it was straightforward, though a good bit of assembly required. It's installed now and I'm very pleased with the results! Plus, I must say I get a bit OCD when it comes to cleaning. I bought a Dupray Tosca a few weeks ago and I use it for literally everything. It gives great results and gets into all those little nooks and crannies you can't normally clean. Overall its a very practical tool to have in your house (especially if you're having renovations like I do), although it is an investment (prices started at 1000$ , which is not cheap for a residential cleaning unit).”
