W.W. Langer Constructions

I have used W.W. Langer constructions on 2 occasions both being major renovations on heritage listed houses. They are very thorough and meticulous on every detail and only use the best trades people possible. I highly recommend this construction company.

Mr. Langer has undertaken many projects on our old house over 15 years. All have been completed to the highest standard with great attention to detail. All tradesmen have been excellent. He completed a major extension/renovation and has done many large maintenance jobs, repairing major cracks and salt damp problems. His loyalty and continued on going service have been exceptional. He is extremely conscientious, honest and completely trustworthy. He has also completed projects for my pensioner mother and knowing that she wishes to keep costs as low as possible, has worked very hard to find the most economical way of solving her maintenance issues.

WWL was recommended when we wanted to renovate an old house that in the end was best to knock over and start again. As we designed the new house many of the ideas we had already talked about were readily included and improved upon, but always with an eye to cost and quality. The result was a design sympathetic to the street and a notoriously fussy council: easy to live in at any age, energy efficient, and as independent as practical for electricity and water. After a delay, mainly due to mud, our site was dry and clean and progress was steady once started. There seemed to be few days in the next year when there wasn’t someone on site and the flow of information was very good. WWL works to exacting personal standards, backed up by a friendly and very efficient team and quality trades, and problems are fixed often before you know it. In the past year any failings have been of equipment rather than the workmanship.

I have engaged WW Lange constructions for several building projects over the last ten years. These projects include a house extension and renovations of three bathrooms as well as smaller projects. The principle, Werner Langer, is professional, knowledgable, pleasant and reasonable to deal with. I am impressed by the quality of work and the tradesmen he employs. Werner's advise is sound and sensible. He is honest and trustworthy to deal with. Work timelines were communicated and any changes were flagged in advance.

Langer Constructions removed half the back wall of my house and a verandah and pergola, being one wall of the kitchen and the laundry.This was replaced with a family room, new laundry and bathroom. The workers were most considerate in keeping me informed of excessive noise or other disruptions. The laundry and bathroom were carefully chosen to fit in with the design of the house. The family room was large with a wall of windows on 2 sides and a beautiful timber floor. The standard of work was excellent and much admired and I have recommended this firm to other friends and organisations.

An excellent bathroom renovation. Advice about the choice of fittings was helpful. The tradespeople completed their work to a high standard. Daily supervision by the manager ensured that minor problems were solved swiftly. Everyone involved was considerate and professional.
