I would strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. A simple garage roof and gutters took 1 month and 3 , count them , 3 subcontractors. Zimmerman did NONE of the work. I, also, was told They do not use subcontractors. the "project supervisor " ......has not showed up today for the 3 rd subcontractor....drain spout in the wrong spot. Drilled into masonry . Fantastic. That was sarcasm. Subcontractors show up on their schedule. Not the one Zimmermans give you. This has been the 2 nd worst decision I have ever made. My first marriage was the worst. I used them because they did a great patch job on the chimney part of the roof of the house we just bought. Their estimate was 4K more than others, but I thought it would be worth it. I was wrong. very wrong.

Excellent work. Very prompt service from responding to phone calls to arriving for service. They did a great job on my roof. I highly recommend them.

Definitely overpriced for the service they render. The job started with a delay and nobody had the courtesy to notify me. The measurements were poorly taken which increased the delay. Again, nobody notified me. I thought it was a serious company but it was a disappointment. They never had enough metal to finish the roof and then, they did not have enough metal to finish the gutters. I was told that the project would be done within 10 days. Exactly a month went by and the project in not yet completed. I understand that some delays can occur in a project but professional notify their clients. Zimmerman never did

Zimmerman roofing replaced my existing slate roof with a asphalt shingle roof. I work in the Construction Industry and I specified exactly what we wanted. Leaving out one detail, to see if they would add that non-specified work to the scope. Which they quickly spotted the oversight and included the extra work. The price quoted was fair. The work was begun and completed quickly.

I received new roof quotes from half a dozen roofing contractors. Zimmerman's Roofing was in the lead until I received the quote. Their charge was $8K higher than the company I hired. Both of the company reps were extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. The decision not to hire them was purely financial. I'm confident that they would have done a fantastic job, but we decided to spend $34K versus their $42K quote for the same materials and workmanship.
