I have to write this review a bit late. I hired Chris and he sent me a very bad carpenter to do finishing work in my new kitchen. Bad attitude and horrible craftsmanship. Will not consider him again although I have loads of reno work to do. His carpenter chipped several areas of my $6k stone counters while installing a range hood. Extremely disappointed, especially at Chris’ hostile attitude when we brought it to his attention. Recommend you demand the adequate amount of workers to do the work without damaging your property.

A C & C Tiler was hired to tile one bath wall (48" x 40") and shower floor (30" x 48"). Small job. After completion, I noted Five tiles were chipped that he installed. 4 floor and 1 wall tiles were chipped. Plenty of leftover tiles available. Tile size: Floor 2" x 2"; Wall 6" x 6". I spoke with the Business Owner who has not gotten back to me to schedule this repair. Hopefully soon.

I found Chris thru Houzz, I found him to be very respectful, we worked well together, good listener, and he also brought very good ideas to our project. The vendors that he recommended were very good, and very helpful.

C&C installed the tiles in a bathroom shower floor, walls & ceiling and the floor of the bathroom. The workmanship was excellent and the workmen were very considerate. C&C made very good suggestions on the design as well.

Chris and his professional crew from C&C Quality Home Improvement, have been working with us since last year. Last Spring, they completely remodeled and enlarged a full bathroom downstairs. The crew was very clean, punctual and meticulous. Chris was always very accessible, willing to sit down and discuss ideas as well as suggesting a better solution to unexpected problems. Chris and his crew are very personable and knowledgeable. This small yet simple bathroom, came out beautiful on time and within budget. This Winter, we called them back to remodel the Master Bathroom and the Guest Bathroom. Again, his meticulous and professional crew, are just finishing my MB and it already looks awesome! They expanded the bathroom into a closet that was deep enough to still be used as a pantry. The crew installed a large, slate tile to the ceiling with patterned-complementary glass tiles. The bathroom was installed with pressure body sprays and a ceiling mounted, squared rain shower. The toilet was redirected and a cast iron flushed heater was installed in the wall. They are about to install the vanity, sink and lights and I cannot wait to use the body sprays! The Guest Bathroom will be next right after they finish my MB. This one will be very interesting since they will install a bubble massage tub. I will keep you posted on its developments! I have recommended Chris from C&C to my neighbor. This Spring, they will be using his services for their bathroom. I am very comfortable talking with Chris about any other house issues as he is very reasonable and reliable. Dalia WP,NY

I had my kitchen and bathrooms remodeled recently. I was pleased with the results and suggestions the owner suggested. They were reliable and honest. I'm planning on some more work next year and will use them again. I already referred them to a friend.

Chris and his company are just finishing my master bathroom. It is coming out amazing!!!!!!! Everything has been going smoothly from demolition to completion. The workmanship is professional in every way. The site has been kept as neat and clean as possible considering the scope of the work (demo"d down to the studs), with as little disruption to our routine as possible. Not only is Chris extremely personable, he is alway available to advise the proper way to do things. It is evident that he is extremely knowledgeable in all phases and types of work. We are so pleased, that he we have hired him to do our 2nd bathroom upon completion of this one. He was a great find!!!! Hillary & Larry W Stamford, CT
