Zen Windows Cincinnati / Tri-State

We had all our windows replaced by Zen Windows. We love them. The company is very professional and careful in their approach to making sure everything is perfect. We had a small problem with one of the sashes and the project manager was there almost immediately to fix the situation. I very rarely write reviews, but this company deserves the best review possible.

We live in a 90 year old home, that still had the original windows. For years we put off getting new windows because we dreaded pushy salesmen as well as the mess and expense that come with it. We spent years propping windows open and almost never cleaning them because it was so difficult. Then someone recommended Zen Windows. Michael Peach came by and gave us an estimate. There was no pressure and the quote was very reasonable. Perhaps the best part was the installation itself. The installers came on time and in less than half a day, we had new windows, the old ones hauled away, and all the mess was cleaned up. I love my new windows. They are well made and so easy to clean. I can't believe we waited so long to do this. Working with Zen Windows was the easiest, most hassle free experience that we could hope for. If I could give them ten stars I would do it.

Michael Peach and his team of planners, designers and installers were professional in every respect. At first I was a bit leery to go with a new outfit, but my experience and results prove my concerns were unfounded. With spring now emerging, I was just admiring yesterday the beauty of the new windows in my 100 yo house. I am very pleased with the results. RGE

When it came time to replace the 24 original windows in our home (built in 1951), my husband and I contacted 3 companies for quotes. Zen Windows was the 3rd window company to met with. The owner himself came to the first meeting we had. He gave us several options (high to low ranges) and also gave us his professional opinion. We ended up going with his recommendation which was thousands less than the other companies for virtually the same window. The install crew showed up on time, worked efficiently and finished within 3 hours. I was shocked. And they cleaned up all the mess that was made. Our electric bill this past winter was 32% cheaper than the 3 previous winters. The new windows did exactly what we had hoped (saved us money). And they are so easy to open & close and clean. Excellent.
