The wait. The waiting. Made me nuts. I finally just threw a tantrum. Waiting. Our original contract was for 60 days. It took five and a half months. Two weeks of that was just that he hired kind of a lame contractor for transportation. I can see why people are going crazy. Often Jamie is hard to contact. He seems to have an issue with his phone, it will be a bunch of contact and then weeks without. He does indeed over promise and say things like just three more weeks. So that's the negative. The thing is, he really does try to create a personal relationship with his customers. To take the time to develop exactly what you want. He does have a depth of knowledge of materials and creating original pieces. And when you finally get it, it's exactly what you talked about with him. He provides a pristine, beautiful product. I kind of get it. He's got this small business, he's trying to maximize it, there's a lot of variables, and so he's trying to capture business. Jaime is very good at building furniture, and challenged with logistics. I think....he'll get it sorted out eventually. So, while I was going nuts for a time, to the point of acting like a jerk, I got a beautiful piece of furniture, who's design I was fully participatory in. The question, is do you want exactly what you REALLY WANT, and have the patience to wait, then go with Zelgadi. I will, again. I get why people here are upset. I was. And then I finally got my sofa, and now I feel like an ass. Work with Jaime. He's good people.

You have been warned, I would never again work with this vendor. Vendor is holding our down payment against contracted work from 6/14/18 and has been out of contact for many months. After down-payment and design, Jaime has only ever produced excuses. Will be filing police reports and litigation against this vendor. Shameful...

I have been an interior designer 20 years. I have never been scammed by a vendor until this vendor. They have $8,000 of my client's money and have never produced the sofa. For 10 months now they have been saying it will be 3 weeks, just 3 more weeks. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau in hopes they will at least give us back our fabric that was purchased to put on the sofa they never made. How can someone take your money and never even return phone calls, emails or the fabric that isn't even theirs! It is heartbreaking that this is happening.

Their Designs and Professionalism Quality and Service are outstanding. I have been using ZDF for some time now, and now depend on them for almost all my custom furniture work. Not only is their eye for detail impressive, but they really try to dig into the mind of the client to create original pieces that will only exist in this space. I will continue using them, and would recommend people to use them as well.
