As a repeat Xana customer, again the Xana team have have managed to out-perform themselves. Their professional approach to the project and close customer relation makes the entire process painless. Xana remodeled the entire house including kitchen, bathrooms and main floor totally to our satisfaction and some more. The Xana team is always willing to listen and make changes to please. Their schedule is impeccable and have no issues with delays. Their craftsmanship is superior and pay attention to details. Overall, this is the second time I have used Xana for a complete re-modelling and the end results were FANTASTIC. I would recommend Xana to anyone who is looking for reliability, quality, fair budget and top notch customer service experience.

Right from the first visit, Xana showed great professionalism with the way they approach this project. They were through and precise with their scope of work and their attention to detail on their quotation was one of the reasons we went with them. Since we had guests coming in the summer we had set a rigid deadline and as soon as we signed the contract, Xana shared their schedule of how they would tackle the project. At the end of the day they would come to the site to see what work was done and to inform us who would be coming the following day. They were kind and courteous and would always listen to us and would be willing to make minor changes if needed. They always had a site supervisor who would arrive early in the morning before any of their tradesmen arrived. They would bring samples of material and color combinations to our house rather than other contractors who tell you to go select it at the shops which we were impressed with. They were able to complete the project along with the walkthrough before our guests arrived. All in all we were extremely satisfied with the experience that Xana provided and would recommend anyone looking to remodel a kitchen or someone who is willing to remodel their whole house. They provide a turnkey solution and they have an in house designer who has a very sharp eye of different color combinations and is gifted in interior designing.

Shane and the entire team at Xana International Inc. were fantastic to work with for our home renovations! We had our kitchen and powder room redone; as well as smoothing out popcorn ceilings, installation of pot lights, and painting of the entire main floor. Shane was fabulous at making sure we got what we wanted--and that we got it on time: quality kitchen cabinets, countertops, sinks, and faucets. In fact, he went out of his way to locate kitchen sinks that matched the exact criteria that we wanted. Shane also made sure that his team completed everything well and on time. And whenever there were any (minor) issues, Shane would only be a text, call, or email away. We absolutely love our new modern kitchen, beautiful smooth ceilings, and all our bright potlights! An unexpected bonus was how well the reinstallation of our old kitchen cabinets turned out. Part of our contract included having the old cabinets and countertops installed in the basement and garage. The team spent a long time coming up with a layout that would be both aesthetically pleasing and practical, and then installing everything. The layout is so great that we practically have a second kitchen downstairs! And now we have so much extra storage! We can't recommend Shane and Xana enough; we will definitely use them again on future projects.
