Window World of New Hampshire

Window world replaced all the 30 year old dated metal (14) windows(except 2 tiny ones in the bathrooms), the slider, and front door. They trimmed them out with 2 1/2 decorative moldings. So glad I made the decision to include them. I originally ordered them without grids and after they were installed I was sorry. I was trying to save money. No problem though. I just went back and ordered the grided window replacements. When they came in they just popped out the old and snapped in the new. They were in and out in no time. I ordered the slidder after the windows were done. The slider took much longer to arrive and had to be reordered several times as 2 of them were the wrong size and the 3rd was missing the grids. They will be installed on the 23rd. This is the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. The windows and doors are beautiful, saved substantially on my heating bill,(this was the warmest my home has ever been) and greatly increased the value of my home. The owners are fabulous to work with and took care of the problems I had with the slider. The installers are fast, friendly and very professional. I am so happy with my new windows and will hire them again to replace the bathroom ones. They really did care about me as a customer and I so appreciate that. Thank you Window World in Greenland NH!

courteous, respectful, made good use of their time on my home, quality work at a fair price. we asked them to come back out and fix one window and they did not hesitate. The staff seemed truly concerned about our satisfaction with the finished product.

Window World, though affordable and amiable, were not particularly responsive or accurate, shall we say? I contracted with them to replace four windows in my condo and they installed the wrong windows. Despite filling out an order form and taking part in a consult, they installed the wrong grids and screens. When I mentioned this to the manager, he told me that the ones they installed kept more with the historic district in which I live. After being shut down by the building inspector and going before the historical committee in my town, I was assured I needed to install the grids I originally ordered. While Window World eventually installed the correct windows, they then dropped my check on the busy street where I live and called to ask if I would mail them a new one (minus the check cancellation fee). After visiting the office to hand-deliver the check, the manager informed me they were not in fact done and someone needed to pop by to snap in the screens.... all said and done, the windows look great, but I'm confident I could have gotten the same product, minus the headaches, if I had contracted with someone else.
