My husband and I are very design savvy and experienced in diy renovation. That said, we purchased a property that was such an architectural mess that, after three months of trying to redesign it ourselves, we accepted defeat. We hired Wayne Schlock at Bluepoint architecture - two weeks after meeting, walking patiently through the house with us, and listening to what we wanted and how we thought it should be achieved, Wayne came back to us with drawings that addressed our concerns but were so much more beautiful and sophisticated than what we had imagined on our own.
