William E Carter Company

We inquired about a bathroom remodel. William came over to our home and said that he would send us a quote. We never heard back. I called twice and sent two emails, no response. This is the most unprofessional contracting company that I have dealt with. I would NOT recommend him or this company. Poor communication, no follow up or response is not worthy of a star.

Since 1986, we have worked with this company to complete satisfaction on all sorts of home projects. The owner's management capabilites with both clients and his crews and subs, has made working with them a successful, positive experience. We trust this company's personnel with our house, us and our pets! The crew is ultra responsive in emergencies (when the ancient sewer system collapsed; when a tree fell and took out the electrical box and more than a few other times). With non-emergency projects the timeline of reaponse is longer because this is a busy crew. But when they finally get to you, projects are smooth ans if they aren't the time and efforts make up dor any delays. Because the company's owner and crew have been in business a long time, clients benefit from their experience and resources. I will hire them again.

I contacted the Carter company when I needed to replace the water pipes in my home built in 1905. As the project progressed, it became evident that I needed to replace some plumbing. William Carter and staff provided me with options and involved me in the decision making process. In the end, I replaced the old pipes, updated the plumbing in both bathrooms and updated the bathrooms. Staff of William Carter Company were courteous, respectful of my property and VERY skillful. Bill Carter, had creative ideas, but also listened to me and my preferences. I was very pleased with the process and finished products. I highly recommend this company.
