I have a hundred-year-old house. Dan has replaced and rerouted plumbing and electricity. He has moved doorways, making the new ones "look like they grew there".
He always looks for the least expensive, least disruptive plan for a project, though he can be trusted to know and follow industry and local safety practices and law.
Dan has a million ideas and suggestions of improvisational improvements and they're all worth considering. Because his emphasis is on practicality, authentic restoration is not his strongest suit, but melding retro, steam-punk, mid-century modern and latest trends is all good.
