We hired Bill to design and build an addition to our home. We were impressed by his design vision and the attention he gave to our project. We enjoyed the collaborative spirit in which our project was developed and executed. Bill listened carefully to what it was that we envisioned and continually revised and adapted the plans to fit our ideas and budget. The communication and collaboration among our contractor, kitchen designer, interior designer, and Bill was excellent and every meeting time was well spent. We enjoyed meeting with Bill as our project unfolded and we were able to witness how well he understood us and was able to create the space we wanted. The only blip we experienced was related to sub-contract workers that Bill recommended and who were slow to meet the project timelines. Although their work was outstanding, it added some frustration to an otherwise wonderful overall experience. We LOVE our new space that Bill designed!

My experience with Bill Feeney was nothing short of spectacular. I was introduced to Bill Feeney by a colleague who I consider to be meticulous and stylish. Her house renovation was spectacular, and I had asked her for a referral. From the very beginning I felt that Bill really tried to understand my specific needs and then was able to develop great solutions. I had a specific need to have two master bedroom suites in the house, and Bill actually offered to look at houses with me while I was in the purchase process, in order to give me his perspective on potential. After looking at several properties, Bill actually suggested a property I had not been aware of, for the potential once renovated. During the design, permit and construction process, Bill has always been creative, prompt, and absolutely on the mark in terms of design, cost, and execution. He has really held my hand every step of the way. I moved into my house last month, and it is my dream house. Visitors to the house, especially those who knew the house before, are impressed with the changes, and have changed their own renovation plans!

Bill Feeney is an outstanding and creative architect who is easy to work with and attentive to the wishes of his clients. After interviewing a handful of candidates, we chose Bill (again) to design a home addition. The large project included a new kitchen, family room and outdoor deck. Several other rooms were also retrofit for new purposes. Our old kitchen, for example, became a home office. Bill helped us transform somewhat vague ideas into an actual design and he quickly found solutions for any problems that cropped up. He was mindful of our budget and recommended a mix of materials to meet our desires while keeping our spending on track. He linked us up with an excellent contractor who did fine work in what seemed like record time. The project went quite smoothly. This was our second time working with Bill Feeney. He renovated our attic some years ago, and after two terrific experiences, we have found him to be quite dependable and trustworthy. We highly recommend him as an architect for people who want a professional to handle a project all the way through as well as those like us who want to be fairly involved.

We hired Bill Feeney to help us with a kitchen/dining room renovation and a basement/garage renovation. He was the architect of the project, and worked with our contractor throughout it. Bill did excellent work for us, in three particular ways. First, he gave us a clean, coherent design that accounted for our various quirky requests, and really took into account how the space would feel. Now that we're living in it, his advice about particular questions--where things should go, what finish or handle should be used--all seems to have been spot on. Second, he ran a contractor-bidding process that brought us an absolutely fantastic contractor. Bill steered us to WKK, a company he had worked with extensively in the past. Their bid came in lowest. But what really mattered is that they did phenomenal, reliable work. They were responsive, timely, creative, and they worked beautifully with Bill and with us. Third, his calm, straightforward manner kept the project on track. When something went awry, Bill was aggressive about fixing it. When an obstacle came up, he puzzled out a creative way of resolving it. He's unflappable and low-key, two qualities that turn out to be surprisingly valuable in the high stress of a renovation.

Bill did a wonderful job for my husband and I on a large home renovation. We gutted and expanded our existing kitchen and added a master bedroom and bath to our 2nd floor. He has a great design sense but was also conscious about keeping our budget in mind, always quick to remind us of monetary considerations as we reached decision points in the process. He was readily available when questions arose and we needed him at the house to consider various solutions to unexpected issues. He was always open to discussing our ideas-good, bad or otherwise. We really appreciated Bill's knowledge as well as his helpful and friendly manner. You can't go wrong hiring Bill to design your next home or home renovation!

We hired Bill Feeney in 2013 to help us do a renovation of our downstairs and basement. The job required knocking down some walls, making three separate rooms into basically one coherent space and fixing up a rat hole of a basement. We had interviewed several architects but Bill was easily our favorite choice. He has a great combination of aesthetic sensibility and practical attitude. He did not try to sell us on some grand vision but worked within our taste and our budget to create a beautiful and coherent space. He brought on board a fabulous contractor and stuck with us throughout the project, ironing out problems quickly and gracefully. A high recommendation

I own a remodeling company, one of our divisions is home elevators. This year I have met twice with customers referred to me by Bill Feeney, in need of an elevator of some kind. Each of those customers holds Bill in high regard as do I. He is very good at what he does. That said I think his skills in Architecture & Design is exceeded by how kind and selfless he is. We used Bill Feeney to remodel two bathrooms and a powder room. Bill and his team (i) prepared initial sketches and final drawings; (ii) helped select equipment, tiles, the general contractor, the cabinet maker and the counter-top supplier; and (iii) supervised construction and coordinated the various parties involved in the project. We initially interviewed several architects and selected Bill because we liked some of his earlier bathroom projects. Bill listened carefully to what we had in mind and came rapidly with interesting preliminary proposals and a budget. The combination of design, material and equipment selected has resulted in functional, neat and modern looking bathrooms and powder room. The general contractor, tile supplier, cabinet maker and counter-top supplier selected were all used to work with Bill and had a constructive work relation with him. Because Bill's office is located only a few blocks from our house, he could visit the construction site whenever necessary. He and his team were highly responsive to our requests and their coordination effort was indeed commendable. The project was implemented within budget; we spent about 15% of the total project cost for architect services. Altogether we had a very positive experience and would not hesitate recommending Bill for similar remodeling projects.
