If you’re thinking of using this company I’d think twice and then I’d run. They did horrible work that other professionals in the business just shook their heads in amazement. I couldn’t find anyone that would try to fix it. Michael, the owner showed up to sell the job but was never to be seen again. The project manager would look at the issue say he would fix it and schedule a time then postpone. Check out reviews on their website. My complaints seem to be a common one. Pictures show how they prepared (or lack of preparation) the floor before putting in hardwood.

We hired Wizard of Wood Floors to refinish our floors and stairs. We have worked with many contractors over the years; and, these guys were the best. They were great to work with. They showed up when they said they would, and they did exactly what they said they were going to do. They followed the schedule and kept me informed along the way. Our floors look absolutely stunning. They turned out better than I could have imagined. I would definitely recommend them.

We just purchased a house and before we moved in we wanted to fix it up. We wanted a new hardwood floor installed in 2 room. We also wanted to move a few walls and refinish the existing floors. Since we were having walls removed this required the existing floors to be patched. A dear friend our ours told us to call Wizard of wood flooring. We called them in the evening and they returned our call the next day and set up a time for them to come out and give us a price. The price was very reasonable. We scheduled the work after they sent us the quote. They showed up on the date and time they scheduled us and they finished a day earlier than expected. They did such a great job. You cannot tell where they patched the floor. The new floors also look exactly like the existing floors. We are so pleased we have given their name to 2 people that we work with, Thanks guys, keep up the great work.

We hired the Wizards of wood to refinish the existing hardwood floors in a home we purchased. The hardwood floors were covered up with carpeting. After we took possession of the house we removed the carpeting. We were very disappointed to see that there were areas where walls were moved and there were some pet stains. When the Wizards showed up, we showed them the areas we were very concerned about. They explained to us that they could patch the areas and lace in the new boards so that it would look like it was always like that. We were a little skeptical but we took their word on it. After they completed the job we were amazed that we cannot tell where the patches are. We even had to look at pictures we took to see if we could tell where the patches were. They did a remarkable job and would use them again.

WoWF did a great job and I recommend them. After contacting them for the initial consult, Mike came out to the house and discussed the job, his recommendations, and potential timing. His team came as promised and finished on time and budget. There were a few spots (very small) that I wanted changed and they had a tech out to the house as promised and fixed perfectly.

I had a flooring project that I was requesting quotes for that had a very small window for completion. Originally Wizard of Wood Flooring passed on my request because they didn't think they could work within my time frame. After follow up conversations and a site visit they did provide a quote. I am so happy that I hired Mike and his team. The finished product is gorgeous; friends and neighbors always comment when the come to the house for the first time on how nice the floors look. The installation team was professional and highly knowledgeable as well as skilled. I have recommended them a number of times, and would hire them again if given the choice.
