My husband and I interviewed several flooring companies before settling on Winston Interiors and Bob's team. Once we met them, we knew they were the ones for the job. From our first meeting, it was evident that Bob and his team cared about getting our floors *right*. Bob helped us determine which flooring option best matched our taste, budget, and our family's needs, and his team did an incredible job with the installation. Walking on our new floors, you can feel how expertly they were installed--and the look is beautiful. We've already recommended Winston Interiors to several neighbors and friends. WOW! I am not even sure this review will do justice for how happy we are with our carpet stair runner that Bob did for us. First, he came to my house when was convenient for me and brought samples. He was on time and professional from the start. He was patient with me while I changed my mind 100 times and helped guide me to my final decision. What I really appreciated about Bob was his respect for our budget. He did not try to sell me something I could not afford or make me feel like a "small and insignificant job" that he was taking. Although he gave me a timeline that was longer than what I had hoped, I appreciated his honesty. To my surprise, he was able to expediate the process and get it in way before the original date. These days, contractors are so quick to over promise and under deliver which is a recipe for an unhappy client. Bob and his team were excellent. I cannot wait to use him for other projects. Thank you Bob and team for making my house feel like a home.

Once again Winston Interiors knocks it out of the park. A water leak left a giant hole in my ceiling and lots of floor damage. Bob Winston helped me choose the perfect carpet and also helped with contracting the ceiling repair and repainting. I requested to have it done by Thanksgiving, and Bob came through in a big way. We were blown away by the professionalism and precision of Winston Interiors on our kitchen remodel. We recently purchased a new home that needed some additional wood flooring. Winston Interiors had done work on the property before, and so we decided to try them out. If I could sum up the experience in one word - WOW. They where timely, efficient, friendly, clear on the invoicing and quoting, and delivered both an incredible finished product and experience. I almost don't want to write this because I would like to keep them to myself for all the other projects we want to do! But the work was too good to keep it secret. For my 30th anniversary, my husband let me choose what I would like as a gift. My choice was to make some upgrades to our bedroom. I wanted to bring the hand scraped hardwood floors from the rest of our downstairs into our bedroom instead of the carpet that the builder had installed. Additionally I wanted a whole wall of build ins opposite the wall where the bed was centered. The only choice for me was Winston Interiors. They're the only company I called. Every single interaction was prompt and professional. Every worker that came into my house was skilled and detail oriented. The job they did was beautiful. The work spanned the big freeze here in Texas in February of 2021 and even taking that into account they got the work done very quickly. I love my new bedroom, and I love Winston Interiors.

Bob Winston who is the owner of Winston Interiors is an amazing contractor. He attention to detail and timeliness is something that we really appreciated during our renovation. His workers were always neat and clean and extremely respectful to our home and pets. They also paid attention to the details and very trustworthy. We had our entire first floor floors redone with a full bathroom redone. The entrie project from moving the furniture to the electrical, plumbing, painting, shoe moldig and doors were done right! We would never use anyone else to do our home remodeling.

We remodeled both our master and guest bathrooms with new tile, countertops, mirrors, lights and paint. Rachel Winston helped us with the design and Bob oversaw the entire project including coordinating plumbing, electrical, tiling, paint, etc to ensure all work was done quickly and with high quality.

I had cabinets repainted, new backsplash and countertops! I LOVE IT! They were so helpful in guiding me to make the right decision that would pay off long term when we decide to sell the house. They were understanding that this wasn’t our forever home but it needed a slight facelift and they worked with us! Amazing team!

We found the Winstons by reading houzz reviews and decided to work with them. We were on a very limited time frame. We did engineered hardwood floors, kitchen backsplash, fireplace backsplash, light fixtures, kitchen cabinetry painting, custom bookcase in common space, custom staircase door and whole house decoration including custom rugs and staircase carpet. They were fast, their installation was immaculate and we felt that our opinions were really taken into account regarding the decoration process. And they actually saved us quite some money by proposing solutions more cost effective than what we were originally looking into. You can't beat this work ethic. All exhibits in their showroom are of high quality. Overall we had a fantastic experience with them. They turned a procedure that can be stressful to an exhilarating and fun experience. We can't wait to work with them again and we are beyond thrilled that they didn't just meet, they exceeded our expectations. The only caveat would be that they have SO many projects that you'd rather start the conversation with them earlier than later, especially if your time frame is short and fixed. We were lucky to have found our slot!

Winston Interiors completed two projects for us this year: new countertops, backsplash and floor tile in our kitchen and new wood flooring throughout our first floor. Bob and Rachel did an excellent job helping us pick out the products that would work well in our home, and we are very pleased with the result. Josh and Nelson did excellent work on both installations. The floor tile we originally chose for the kitchen didn’t lay flat, and Josh stopped the installation while Bob spoke with the manufacturer. We decided to go with a different tile, and Bob did not charge us the restocking fee the manufacturer charged him. He also didn’t charge us the difference between the original tile and the higher-priced in-stock tile that we chose in order to finish the project on time. We highly recommend Winston Interiors and plan on doing more business with them in the future.

we initially only used Winston for our quartz bathroom remodel countertops. However we ended up using them for our tile and other design elements as well. Previously I had checked 5 other shops in the metroplex, Winston was the first that that gave me an honest answer on the process and made me realize the other shops were charging me for the entire slab and planning on using the excess on other customer projects. i'll definitely use Winston again

My friend suggested that I go to Winston Floors and Countertops for my new carpeting. We went to the showroom and I was very pleased with the service and attention. They listened to what I was looking for and came up with several suggestions. I brought samples home and picked my carpet choice. I had to go back and get the samples again to determine the right paint color.. Carpet was ordered and the installation went without a hitch. The installer was fabulous!!! On time, cleaned up every night before leaving and did just a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

This is the second time we have used Winston floors. We bought a new house and needed some flooring done. They may not be the cheapest installer but you get what you pay for. We have porcelain tile put down in our living room. Bob Winston suggested the tile and he has way better taste than we do! The guy (Josh) that laid the tile was a craftsman and his focus was on quality and not speed. I was home when the job was done over two days and was amazed by the time he took to make the job perfect. The cuts around our hearth were so good that it looks like the tile was laid "under" the stone for the hearth. We used a lot of contractors this year and were disappointed with most. This is the place to go to get the job done right the first time. They'll return your calls, show up when they say they are going to be there, communicate well, and do the best work possible.

I have used this company for 17 years. They have always done an excellent job! I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. I would highly recommend them.

Outstanding Floors. Wonderful team. The perfectly matched my existing wood floors. So, it looks all of the wood in my house built at the same time. You can see the perfect match in the picture which contains both new and old flooring.

We used to Winston Floors to install hardwood flooring in 3 rooms and a hallway, carpeting in four rooms and on a staircase. They also moved existing carpeting to two other rooms. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. Their installation crews (both hardwood and carpet) were exceptional and a pleasure to have in the house. Everyone was always very punctual and considerate. We had delayed this project for too long as we dreaded having to go through the process; however, they made it as easy as possible, and we are thrilled with the result. We definitely would use them again as well as recommend them to others.

Bob Winston and his Company were great since Start on. We had a major hardwood floor damage in our house caused by a plumbing leak, which required partial/total replacement of our hardwood floor. Mr.Winston met with us and went over all the options he could offer and explained everything very thoroughly adding his professional advice. Once we chose an alternative we scheduled the job. Weeks later the crew came, the job was completed within the agreed time and we were very happy with the final product. In addition to his professionalism, Winston Floor Staff (Bob's Wife and Site Manager) were also very helpful and always ready to assist us with questions and other. The end result: a great product, a very satisfied customer who recommends Winston Company to anyone with flooring and related needs.

Bob and Kim were amazing. They have so many beautiful floorings to choose from, it was a little overwhelming at first. Bob has an amazing eye for decorating and will definitely help you pick something out. He does prefer darker colors but still has a great selection of lighter woods which is what we choose. The installation team Alex and Josh were so nice and did such an amazing job. They helped explain the process and answered my millions of questions. I am definitely going to use them again in the future.

The initial quote was well done, giving me several options and those not recommended for my pets. The two contractors where very pleasant and mindful of keeping the door closed as best they could. They were on time, and worked very efficiently.

Bob and his team did a great job on our custom bathroom counter tops. He scheduled in a timely manner and always showed up on time. He and his team are very knowledgeable and professional. Kim looked at pictures of the rest of the work we had done in the bathroom and was able to suggest materials that would work best with the design. Considering the custom pieces we needed, they were also very much on par with the industry with their pricing. We are very happy with the outcome.

The workmanship and attention to detail was excellent. I purposely waited a few months after the job was done before submitting a review and it still looks as good today as it did new. I would have given five stars had the ease of doing business been smoother (scheduling, communication lags, etc.). Overall, very pleased with the work and would use them again!

We highly recommend Winston Floors. We had previously used Winston (~6 years ago) when we replaced carpeting throughout our home. They did an excellent job at that time, so there was no question in our minds that we would use them again - this time to replace hardwood flooring in our foyer and hallway. The installation went extremely smoothly, and we now have beautiful hickory hardwoods floors in a 3-5-7" plank width. Winston's installers are talented and professional. We have used Bob and Kim for a number of years for flooring projects including: Travertine, wood and carpeting. Bob consistently uses the same installers which provide high quality results. Wood and tile installation creates a lot of dust, but his installers are some of the cleanest that I've ever encountered. Angel has installed all of our carpet and he makes sure the job is done well! Thank you Winston Floors for helping us redo our bathroom. Love the shower and bath tub. The new flooring is perfect too. Bob and Kim showed us a knew flooring that we really have enjoyed. Winston Floors recently laid a complete houseful (almost) of carpet in our home and also laid floor tile in bathrooms and utility room. We were able to get an appointment shortly after the initial contact, and Bob Winston came out himself and helped us pick carpet and provided an estimate. We were able to schedule installation shortly after the carpet and tile came in. It was obvious that our project and we as customers were important to him. They did the carpet first, and we were impressed with their professionalism and skill. They respected our home and furnishings, and I felt confident enough in their professionalism to have them install the floor tile while we were out of state on vacation. We had never done this before. Bob Winston took care of everything, including coordinating with a plumber to have the toilets removed, reset, etc. We returned home to find the tile job done beautifully. We couldn't tell that they had been here except for the neat and clean new tile and carpet. We have never had such a good experience with workmen in our home. I recommend Winston Floors without reservation and will use them again in the future.

Winston Floors recently installed hardwood and ceramic tile in our house. They did an outstanding job and performed admirably. Their key installer Josh is an expert and very personable young man. He didn't miss a beat while performing the installation and went above board a time or two completing the job to our satisfaction. We would use them again if the need arises.

I met with Mr. Winston at his office and was very comfortable with what he proposed. I went to him knowing what I wanted and ended up going with something different. The tile I wanted did not go well with my vanity, what Bob suggested was perfect. I now have a beautiful master bathroom. The cost was about the same as what I would have paid another company and I don't feel I would have received the quality work that I did with Winston Floors. We still have some work to do in the bathroom before it's complete, but it is functional at this point and so AWESOME to look at. I have included one picture where you can see a small part of the floor and the shower. I will have more in the future.

We were updating our 30 year old house and hired Winston Floors to replace all the flooring and renovate our master bath. They did an excellent job from start to finish. Bob helped me decide on which products and colors to use and was constantly checking on the progress of his guys (who were also extremely nice and trustworthy). I had actually decided to resurface the tub instead of replacing it and Bob's guys contacted those people to make sure they prepared the surface around the tub so it would look just right when it was all finished. We have never done any remodeling before so didn't know what to expect, but Bob helped us every step of the way. They were in and out exactly when they said they would be. Highly recommend!

He followed up with a home visit so that he was completely informed about the intricacies of the project, and could quote the job correctly, and could also prepare his crew for what they would encounter in the job. Josh and his crew did not let me down. We had to move out of the house for over a week so that they could do the work, which initially seemed to be inconvenient, but made complete sense. The work was done when they said it would be, and it is absolutely gorgeous and near flawless. Care was taken with every tiny detail, and almost a year later I have not found one plank that needs to be addressed. I love that Winston Floors is a family company. They truly care about doing things the right way, and making their customers happy. It doesn't get any better than that, and I could not be happier. No one else will ever touch the floors in any home I own, and I will recommend Bob and Kim to everyone who will listen.

We were referred to Winston Floors through a friend. Our project was going to involve taking up both tile and carpet in all rooms of our house except for the bedrooms and bathrooms. The Winston Floors team were substantially more professional than the other contractors I worked with. During the initial engagement, Bob spent over an hour going through different options and materials with us whereas other contractors were in and out in less than 15 minutes including measuring and throwing some samples at me. As I was looking to replace specific areas of carpet with hardwood in my parents home to help with mobility, the extra time and explanation was greatly appreciated. The work area was kept very clean throughout the process and the workers were very professional. Winston Floors were a little more expensive than the other bids, however, the professionalism and end results are well worth stretching your budget a little. I would highly recommend Winston Floors and will reach out in the future myself should I need additional flooring work.

He understand what I am expecting and my price range. There is no pressure at all, even if i decide not to use them.. I have also tried to check pricing with other companies and they either do not reply e-mail or have an sales person that is constantly pressuring me to proceed.. I have chosen Winston Floors at the end, because they provide the best quality and reasonable pricing.

We hired Winston Floors to do a partial remodel of the bathroom in our home. Their estimate was in line with other estimates we received. What set Winston Floors far apart from other contractors we have used in the past was the professionalism they and their employees demonstrated from start to finish. Rather than send us to showrooms to select the Quartz material, they had a complete selection in their showroom. Their employees cleaned up every day before leaving. My wife requested that the entire job remodel be completed before Thanksgiving as we were having family for the holidays. They completed everything several days before. We will use them again to replace our wood floors.

This IS your company!! They do outstanding work!! We have used them several times. Bob is great at helping me design what goes well together as that is not my strength! We did remodel of kitchen, carpets, staircase, and hardwoods throughout. Their work is impeccable! Everyone told me about the mess and clean up after their wood floors were put in. Bob explained his process- and that was not the case with him. They covered everything including ceiling light fixtures and fans! They cleaned up everyday before they left. It was amazing. We later had some flooding in our house and we called them for the repairs. Again thorough, knowledgeable and worked easily with our insurance company. We plan to use them again as soon as we are ready to re-do our master bath!
