If you're looking for an honest local family run business with a focus on quality and fair prices, this is the one. My girlfriend's father works in windows replacement and advised me to get Simonton windows installed. With this prior knowledge in mind, I was happy to hear these are the windows they install. I'm extremely happy with the work they did and the impact these windows made on the temperatures of my condo. In addition, I had no pushy salesperson to deal with but rather the owner of the company who even took the time to see if he could fix my windows. When I said I did not have the money to replace all the windows, he worked with me to pick the important windows to replace so that I could replace others in the future. Unfortunately after a couple of months of waiting for the windows to be replaced (due to supply chain issues) the only day he had open for installation was the day I fly out for my vacation. However, he managed to bring his entire team to have the windows installed quickly enough for me to leave for my flight. This really left me with a peace of mind knowing my place would not be leaking during a rain storm due to my previously worn-out windows. The whole team was professional and I felt I got my money's worth for the work they did especially with the constraints I had. I highly recommend these folks and really wish more companies like this existed.

Absolutely hire this company! I have worked in construction for over 25 years as an architectural designer and I can tell you this family business is 100 stars! We got all new Alside custom windows with simulated grid patterns and Provia front door with glass also a french door that replaced a dining room window plus a larger kitchen window! Everything was done to perfection. Any issues we may have had where dealt with to our satisfaction. We had had our beautiful new windows and doors for over a year and no problems. They work great , excellent at keeping out sound and I actually enjoy cleaning them. Windows are part of your home building envelope;meaning they are esential to maintaining a solid structure.

Ordered window after referral to these guys by a siding company. After payment was collected, never heard from them again, for months. Finally located them, they made an appointment. Installation was marginal. Window arrived with a broken sash. Ok, that happens. They said 1 1/2 weeks to get a new one. That was months ago. Multiple calls. Finally, Now said they had the sash. Said he'd have John call me next day; THAT was weeks ago now. Finally, called Joe this morning and got John. He said the window was in his truck. I told him he had an unhappy customer. He seemed completely unconcerned, and offered nothing. That's it, almost six months later. I'm done with these guys and warning everybody I know.

We hired Window Doctor of Colorado, LLC and had a bad experience with this company! We own our own business and would not recommend them to anyone!
