WinDoor has become beyond awful. They scheduled delivery of my doors in January 2021. At that point they delivered the doors to my contractor but lost the frame for the doors in their warehouse. Seriously. They had to remake it. Since then, they have promised delivery in February and then March, and each time, without explanation, delayed delivery further. I still don’t have the frame or even an explanation. Customer service won’t even respond to me. Pella delivered their doors on time and with a smile. I would never order a WinDoor product again.

WinDoor's warranty is a sham and customers should be aware. The warranty states among other things-"Glass is not warranted for breakage...". I remodeled my entire home with Windoor products. Prior to Hurricane Irma, for no apparent reason, a Windoor custom impact sliding glass door broke into 1000 pieces. The door lies behind a porch roof and is protected by hurricane shutters. NOTHING STRUCK the door-- the glass simply failed due to a product/manufacturing defect. Windoor send an inspector who confirmed no evidence of something striking the door existed. I have attempted for 2 years to get some kind of resolution. Nothing. I have spoken to numerous "customer service" and sales types- nothing. I have to conclude this is NOT an honorable company and the warranty is a sham. I would not recommend this to anyone.
