We contacted TJ Winans of Winans Homes while looking for a builder to construct a new residential home in Paulding County. We asked TJ to put together a quote for our proposed new house based on architectural plans and the land survey. We met TJ at a nearby coffee shop to discuss his quote. TJ was extremely professional, very organized and answered all of our questions about materials, constructability of the plans and suggestions for improving the home's efficiency. Although our home financing has been delayed, we will definitely contact TJ in the future when we are ready to build!

The home building process can be overwhelming and frustrating, but our builder made it simple, easy and exciting. Every step was well planned, well executed, and efficiently completed. The attention to details meant that we did not have to address areas of need because he had already addressed them. There were not any surprises and all items on the timeline were met. If I were to ever build another house, I would absolutely select Winans Homes to complete my project again.
