When I felt a previously used House Designer was condescending and did not listen, I expressed my frustrations to my builder Daniel Henry (DH Building Inc. Seneca, SC). Daniel recommended I talk to Bob Billings. The first time I met Bob I was impressed, and it continued throughout the whole design process. Why? Bob listened and I could tell he cared. It is not simply a job to Bob. He treats it as an adventure! During the design process, Bob had several discussions with the builder to be sure nothing was missed and that the final design could be built at the most economical price possible. That is unique in the design industry. Builders will always be willing to build what is designed. But if the designer/builder are working together throughout the process, it pays huge dividends. In the end, this team effort saved me thousands of dollars! There is no doubt Bob has excellent design skills. But in any business transaction, a person’s integrity is as important to me as their job skills. Bob Billings is also a man of high integrity and I highly recommend him for your next project.

I've personally worked with Robert(Bob) on a few projects now and can say he's a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. He has provided detailed drawings and 3D renderings for myself and clients. His work is top notch. I've recommended him multiple time and won't hesitate to do it again.
