Where do I even begin? This was our third time using Williams and his team at Premier Custom Millwork & Fireplaces Ltd. to build and make our dream kitchen and closets a reality. After moving into our new place, we knew exactly whom to hire for our remodeling project. From start to finish, Williams was incredibly helpful in bringing our vision to life. From his suggestions to his attention to detail, Williams and his team made this process incredibly easy. I can't thank Williams enough for the fine craftsmanship and joy he brought to my family. I highly recommend him and will definitely hire Williams and his team again for my next renovation job.

Highly recommend Premiere if you have a job that needs completing. This was the last step of a multi-month renovation and Williams (and team) were excellent to work with. I ordered a customized wall l unit from Premier Custom Millwork and Fireplaces after seeing their quality of work in a wall to wall bookcase and fireplace surround, installed at my brother-in-law’s home. I sent Williams, the owner of Premier Millwork, a drawing of wall unit I wanted for my condo which was quite detailed as it included an intricate wall vent cover. William modified the drawing and manufactured a wall unit as beautifully as can be, giving attention to every detail and finishing with a high end product . The workmanship overall was of the highest quality and the vent cover was piece of art. It was true pleasure to interact with William, he is a true and jovial gentleman. His knowledge and understanding of technical issues and good taste and aesthetics contributed to a high end luxury customized unit at a reasonable price. I am extremely happy with the look and quality of the wall unit, and glad to have had the chance to work with Williams.

During our initial meeting with Williams, we felt confident with his expertise. We were happy with the fact that his services were a one stop shop. We were originally thinking of a stone fireplace mantel but would have had to hire a separate gas person for the new fireplace and other contractors. Williams was able to make our vision come to life. His attention to detail and fine workmanship was greatly appreciated. The custom mantel was exactly what we were envisioning, modern and sleek. The whole team worked hard on our behalf. From the tear down of the existing fireplace which included matching the brick outside to cover the existing hole to the gas fireplace install and lastly the fake wall and custom mantel. We did a full blown 2nd floor renovation in our home, and decided to go with built in closets and custom vanities for the new bathrooms. Williams and his team were the definition of professional. Williams and his team did our built-in wall unit with fireplace. I was skeptical at the beginning, because we were looking for the large quartz slab that a manufacturer can carry – it seems that no where to be found. Somehow, Williams didn’t stop finding one for us and finally he did manage to find the quartz slab with the right measurement. He made the process as easy as possible, offering us suggestions when needed and making our vision possible. Throughout the whole process he kept us updated. From designing a costume wall unit, to a fireplace, to cabinet, all the way to install they didn’t disappoint us. Thank you Williams and to your team you did an amazing job. Well done!

Williams and team built a beautiful fireplace mantle and installed a gas fireplace some years ago and when we ran into millwork issues with our kitchen reno, he was my first call We needed a custom panel to fit around a range hood and some drawer fronts to match existing drawers, and did top-notch work. He quickly made an appointment, took detailed and exact measurements and made sure to take a sample of the existing woodwork so that the colour, sheen and style would be perfectly matched. He also cut out some fillers to go around the rangetop that we had had installed as there was a gap between it and the existing cabinetry - which was complimentary. Everything was installed within a week, and I couldn't be happier with Premiere's attention to detail and fine workmanship - as always!

What a great company to deal with for our custom vanity! Williams exceeded all expectations! He made 2 visits to ensure precise measurements and patiently answered questions / offered suggestions to best suit our needs. His team then made and installed the vanity faster than expected (with zero issues). He was able to match our paint sample and provided exact drawings that ensured we could visualize and make changes before the vanity was built! I can not overstate how amazing it was to work with Williams. From start to finish the process was so easy and the end product exceptional. The construction process is often very difficult and frustrating but working with Williams and his team was the opposite. He took the time to help us select designs, styles and colours and was patient with changes. When we were undecided he even made samples in our finish and style. And there was a huge selection of finishes and styles to choose that were completely on trend (but he had everything from traditional to modern). We looked at many cabinet makers and no one had the breadth of items we were looking for - of course he manufactures vanities, kitchen cabinetry and wall to wall entertainment systems but he also made Murphy beds, and even a custom table in the same matching finish as our cabinets. He had so many special inserts to choose from to optimize the functionality of every space. Williams’ team did custom cabinetry for our entire home. All finished products were top quality and on-time. In fact, he was flexible throughout if we needed to move up an installation or push one out to work around other trades. I would recommend Williams to all my friends for the process, selections and the beautiful finished products.

Williams and His crew did the most incredible job renewing our kitchen cabinets that were worn and often falling off hinges. The perfection of the Job exceeded my expectations and in a timely manner. I love the fact that it is a small family owned business. He was patient and dedicated to making sure all our needs and expectations were met. His Crew were fantastic to work with. Williams and his team did an amazing job designing and then constructing the dream built in for our basement. From incorporating the 3-sided fireplace installation that we really wanted, to ensuring that we had sufficient storage space, Williams showed his expertise and attention to detail throughout the project. We recently did a range cabinet project with Williams (our second project with him). It was a bit complicated as we had to build the new cabinet, uninstall the old range hood, have the new cabinet built and then the new range hood installed, but his team was able to make it super easy for us. The Premier team did a great job for us. We were looking to expand our kitchen with additional cabinetry and improved layout. The project involved some new cabinets, as well as re-facing the existing ones to match. With our open concept space, we also carried the design into the dining room with similar cabinetry. Williams came out for a preliminary onsite consultation, which we felt was critical to determine the scope and feasibility of the project. He offered plenty of insight on our concept. As part of the design process, we were able to visualize the concept through the design drawings, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the final product turned out exactly the way we wanted. There was a minor hiccup with one of the cabinets that we realized during installation, but Williams was very quick to provide a solution, and it work out great! The quality of the cabinetry and the installation is fantastic. It’s clear that the builders and installers are very skilled. The installation team was courteous and professional, and sought our input where judgment calls were required. The final product turned out great, and looks amazing.

I went to three different fireplace install companies who never followed up with me and never called me back despite undertaking to do so. Premier Custom Millwork was the only company that actually came to my house, did an inspection and made me comfortable that the gas log fireplace would work nicely as a conversion from the existing wood burning fireplace. The installation team arrived on time, were efficient and friendly, taking the time to explain all the features of the fireplace. I am very pleased with the conversion. Installation of Custom Kitchen Cabinet Faces I want to sincerely thank Williams and his team at Premiere Custom Millwork. I had a great experience working with this company. Williams conducted all the measurements for my kitchen, provided his designer recommendations, and helped me choose beautiful cabinet faces and pulls. The production time and pricing for this installation was extremely reasonable. His team member worked in my unit while I worked from home, and was professional and considerate of my schedule. My kitchen was not an easy one to work with, as it is old and uneven! When there was some fine tuning to be done at the end of the installation, Premiere came that very same week to correct the remaining issues. Now my cabinets look brand new, and my kitchen is refreshed and beautifully painted. I cannot be happier with my kitchen and I would recommend Premiere to anyone looking to redesign their kitchen. Fireplace Replacement We finally decided to upgrade our 100 year old brick fireplace. Our old fireplace has been an eyesore since we moved into the house, and as the focal point of the main floor, took away from our enjoyment of the house. Fantastic work by Williams and the Premier Team! I brought them a challenging list of requirements including the need for built in speakers, tv conduit, projector, storage and lighting and they delivered. Halfway through the project I made some changes on the fly after wanting to include some mesh instead of doors on some of the cabinets and they made the switch for me no problems. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful experience working with Premiere and Williams. We had envisioned a custom L-shaped seating bench with storage in our kitchen for years and finally wanted to pull the trigger. We had a clear idea in our minds of what we wanted. So many millwork companies tried to talk us out of our vision or redirect our designs. Williams was the first and only one who was able to execute exactly what we wanted and improve our ideas in terms of material and aesthetics. He never saw our project as too small to prioritize. His installation team was efficient, impressively thorough, clean, and polite. We contacted Premiere Customs to renovate our family room wall unit and bar-nook based on the draft concept we've designed from our interior designer. From the day we contacted Williams (owner), he has been great with consulting, and answering all our questions. We've never observed such attention and interest from a contractor before. He has spent upwards of 3 hours one-on-one with us finalizing the designs, materials and help us cut the cost down to maintain our budget. Williams' employees are on-par with their service. We've completely transformed our living room from 90s layout to what you see in the attached pictures. We hired Premiere to build custom built-in storage in our bathroom. The company was wonderful from start to finish. Williams came to our house and provided a quote, not just over the phone like many other companies. The price was competitive and his knowledge was evident. The feeling I get when I walk into my home and see how incredible the kitchen cabinets turned out, leaves me floating in the air as if cupid had struck me with his arrow. Williams and his professional team at Premier Custom Millwork & Fireplaces took the time to visit, survey, take measurements, and photos of our kitchen space. Our second meeting was scheduled at the offices of Premier Customs to learn more about the design, what would work, and what would be a challenge. We also had the opportunity to choose the color and finish of the cabinets and handles. Another joy to add is that Williams took us on a tour of the workshop and introduced us to the highly skilled carpenters and designers. It's a really confident feeling when you get to meet the dedicated people who will make your visions come to fruition. Within about 2 weeks' time, the cabinets were delivered and installed the very next day.

Custom Bench Overall very happy with our bench. From the beginning Williams listened to what we wanted and completed the job in a timely matter. Excellent workmanship and we couldn't be happier. We had used them 3 years ago to install a custom fireplace and never forgot them so when it was time to have a custom kitchen built in bench we knew Williams was the person to call. Custom wall unit + close fireplace I had a great experience with Premiere and am thrilled with how the work turned out! Working with Williams and his team to get our bathroom finished was great. Williams was quick to get us a quote on the vanity we wanted and was quick to give us suggestions on ways to improve it. We wanted to replace our builder-grade mantle and found Williams (Premiere). Williams was very responsive and came to review the project within a few days. He gave us a number of options to consider and supplied us a rough design and quote within 48 hours of meeting him. After a visit to his shop and a few iterations with the design we were satisfied. Williams had the install ready 3-4 weeks later and completed the build on-time. We had a few surprises outside of anyones control (eg. the fireplace doesn't move - who knew) and Williams worked quickly with his team to remedy the situation and came back a few days later with the material to accommodate the adjustments. We are incredible happy with the results and would enthusiastically recommend Premiere's services! Williams' entire team was great to deal with and we loved the ultimate product.

We've had a bad contractor who disappeared half way through out reno job, which left us with a half-broken fireplace and an ugly wall. This is when we found Williams. I have to say he is a fantastic man to work with - he was extremely responsive, very passionate with his work, knows his stuff well, and very professional in what he does. His team accomplished all milestones following his promised timeline, and we were invited to his shop for design discussions and showcasing along the way. He even personally came in to help his workers on a few occasions. I cannot say enough good things about Williams and his various teams who completed this job for us! We had an ugly off-center wood burning brick fireplace, and he centred it, built a beautiful wooden mantle with marble inset and hearth and replaced it with a gas fireplace. He was always responsive to my many questions, took time on his first visit to explain how everything would be done, provided a technical drawing of the final product (and put in place my requested changes), and was overall very patient and committed to giving me exactly the fireplace I had hoped for. The teams who worked on the various tasks were likewise great - always cleaned up and left a neat work area; the fireplace installers in particular were very meticulous about trying to get the fireplace as centered as possible; and Wilson, who helped install the mantle at the end, was very painstaking in making sure it looked perfect. Will definitely call Williams for any other custom millwork that we need done.

Our basement renovation included a gas fireplace, bathroom vanity, and entertainment cabinetry. Williams was very helpful with the design layout and selection of finishing and colours. He took us on a tour of his workshop to see the quality of his cabinets being constructed. Throughout the project Williams was very responsive to address any concerns. The quality of the cabinets is excellent and the fireplace is beautiful. We would definitely do business with Premiere Custom Millwork and Fireplaces again and would also recommend him to future clients.

Even better is there fireplace department which I use for inspections and Fireplaces. In both cases their prices and quality and service is first class.

Premiere Custom Millwork (905 676-9663) did a great job fixing and completing my kitchen. I interviewed several companies before I went with Premiere, and I am very glad I chose them. They have been in the industry for a long time and their customer service is superlative to any business I have ever dealt with. Repairing and completing my kitchen was not an easy task, and not a job that many companies were eager to take on. There were endless problems from a previous contractor that I had hired to build a custom kitchen. Almost half of my kitchen was missing so trying to match missing maple doors and existing paint colour, and repairing numerous deficiencies from a poorly built kitchen was challenging but Williams Fazzolari rose to the challenge, and his team of skilled carpenters patiently worked with me to resolve all of the existing problems to my satisfaction. Premiere Custom Millwork & Fireplace Ltd., designed, manufactured and installed custom built-ins on either side of my fireplace. They also refaced my old fireplace with limestone and converted my wood burning fireplace with a beautiful natural looking gas log set. The finished product exceeded my expectations. An excellent company with great appreciation of customer needs and wants in a design build situation. I have used them for several projects and recommended them to friends who were also satisfied with their performance. They are capable of working in a clean environment and leave it as they found it. Competitive in pricing but not the cheapest but probably the best bang for your buck around.

Premiere is my go to place for fireplace and mantles. They have excellent craftsman and do wonderful work. Their millwork is excellent and the job isn't finished until you are 100% satisfied.
