We recently bought a 35-year-old house and totally remodeled it. The process involved working with a number of suppliers and making a lot of choices. The part of this project that stands out as particularly successful and un-stressful was the new kitchen cabinets from Willbanks Kitchen Design Group. We already had tried unsuccessfully to work with two other cabinet suppliers when we found Tyler at Willbanks. Tyler is thoroughly experienced in the cabinet business and was able to take our ideas and show us practical, sensible ways to implement them. Tyler also helped us with choices of woods and stains and door and drawer hardware. Having been in business for many years, Willbanks has contractors who also have worked with them for many years. We were given the names of two installers to get bids from. They both were excellent, their prices were fair, and we made our choice on the basis of availability. Working with our older house required some adjustments to make everything fit right, which our installer accomplished perfectly. Everyone was pleasant and easy to work with. After the fact, we decided to add some drawer dividers and additional shelves, and Willbanks and our installer made that happen in good fashion. I should add that our cabinets have solid hardwood fronts and plywood boxes and cost us no more than the medium density fiberboard cabinets that the other suppliers had shown us. Our new kitchen is beautifully finished, and we love it! We highly recommend Willbanks to anyone who is looking for cabinets!

This is a belated review on a great cabinet design and installation project completed by Willbanks Kitchen Design Group (WKDG). I moved from California to my new home in Nevada in November of 2019. After a thorough research through internet and review of projects completed by various cabinet design companies, I selected Willbanks Kitchen Design Group. I met with Jeff Alder, the design consultant, and told him what I had in mind (3 cabinets for my office, 1 media cabinet for CDs, DVDs and VHS video tapes and 1 small cabinet each above the toilet in the master and guest bathrooms). I went to WKDG with specific ideas and requirements in mind and Jeff was very helpful in searching for the type of material, color, cabinet design I was looking for. Then came the next step of providing me with floor plans and project estimates. I also recall that I was given options of a couple of choices of materials and pricing. WKDG conducted its business in a professional and organized manner. I felt comfortable throughout the process, working with Jeff and Barbara. The project was completed as planned and I was very pleased with the quality of the cabinets and installation work. WKDG delivered what they promised, and I thank Jeff and Barbara for helping me in bringing an idea to fruition. It is important for me to have my home office furnished to my liking. I can sit back, look around me, and honestly say " what a cool looking office!" While the project was completed back in Jan of 2020, I am still a happy customer of WKDG!

We chose Willbanks Kitchen Design Center after our neighbor used them for their kitchen remodel project. Willbanks was very responsive throughout our project from the design to the installation. It was easy to work with their cabinet designer on the layout. They stood behind the cabinet manufacturer we selected when a couple of things needed to be fixed/re-ordered. Willbanks got right on it and made sure we received the replacement pieces. Once the project was completed, they also sent someone out to do some fine tuning (touch up work) so everything looks perfect. I recommend them!

We worked with Katie. She was awesome! After coming to our house and taking measurements, she came up with 4 design layouts. We took elements from all 4 designs to design our dream kitchen. We then found the perfect cabinets for our home. The Willbanks team was at our home to oversee the delivery of the cabinets and ensure everything arrived in good order. Upon installation, the owner reached out to ensure that everything was as we expected and see if there was anything else we needed. From start to finish tue team was responsive, professional, personable and hard working.

Like many of you planning a complete kitchen remodel, I wasn't sure about which company to choose for my new kitchen cabinetry. I knew I wanted to select a Las Vegas Kitchen and Bath remodel company that had a good reputation, long history servicing Las Vegas customers, and a company that would not break the bank so to speak. I was choosing between Willibanks and Elements. The latter made the choice of Willibanks easy for me. From the get go, Tyler of Willibanks was very responsive, as were office staff. He came out to measure immediately and invited me to the showroom to take a look at the cabinetry and options. He understand what I was looking for in cabinet space and organization. Willibanks is a 100 year family-owned-business. No hard sell. Just a company assured of it's fine product and deliver ability. I chose great maple cabinetry built by a company that Willibanks works with. Tyler gave me a delivery date. I thought really? Six to eight week time. But they gave an install date and met it. The final cabinetry price was excellent. They are very competitive. Actually I knew by the cabinet selection the ball park figure for adding countertops, appliances, and hardware to my kitchen remodel. I also chose a contractor who has worked with Willibanks. I was not disappointed in the process from start to finish. I gave a beautiful kitchen remodel and s place for everything I'm my kitchen. Thank you Willibanks. It has been a nightmare dealing with Willbanks for last 4 years. We have purchased higher end kitchen cabinets from Willbanks in the beginning of 2018 for our retirement new home. We paid $10k deposit in March. The new cabinets were delivered in May but with much inferior products. The owner refused our request for replacement and demanded rest of the payment immediately or put lien on our house… We ended up in the court (Case No.: A-18-779683-C). The Court of Clark County Nevada rewarded us with returning our full deposit and maximum legal fee allowed in March 2020. Life was miserable without a kitchen for almost 8 months! It took Willbanks one and half years to honor the Court verdict. Please review your purchase document very carefully and better compare with other legit sellers’. You should ask for a detailed quality contract and hire a true independent contractor for installation. Fighting for your right if you encounter problem with their products!

Willbanks was Fantastic with our Kitchen Cabinet design and layout. We are so pleased with the outcome and look forward working with them for bathroom cabinets. Willbanks kitchen design helped me from the beginning (with measuring, brainstorming, and designing) all the way to the end making sure everything was PERFECT. I could not have done this project without them.

Firstly, they are all really nice people so this is a reflection of the business and not the personnel. We used Willibanks for a condo kitchen re-model. The most important information for a design company has to be correct measurement. When Willibanks and 2 of their contractors came up with different measurements a red flag should have gone up. Unfortunately we trusted the process. Wrong sized cabinets arrived and were installed. Upon realizing the mistake new cabinets had to be re-ordered. These were installed and after our range went in it was discovered the cabinet and drawers cannnot open as they hit the range. In another part of the kitchen we can't put on hardware as another drawer would hit that too. The installer said a 3 inch gap should have been left and we only had 1.5 inches. We were told the contractor was juggling 23 other projects so workers would do a small part then get pulled to another job. All told, we were without a kitchen for almost 10 weeks. A very frustrating process.

Thanks to Tyler for the creative kitchen design. We appreciate all the support and patience with helping us design the perfect new remodel. Wilbanks was pleasant to work with and our new kitchen looks fabulous!!

I worked with Jeff and Barbara at Willbanks to handle a recent kitchen renovation. The project involved a wall removal in a dated design to create a contemporary open floor plan. The design Jeff drafted was fantastic and the quality of the cabinets and countertops far exceeded expectations.The final results were stunning and looking forward to working with Jeff and Barbara in the future with upcoming bathroom renovations.

We love our Kitchen. Modern with a vintage twist. Willbanks was recommended by a general contractor and within a couple weeks and one visit to the home for measurements, we had the design we wanted. Cynthia and her team work together like a well oiled machine, friendly, responsive and thorough. Cynthia will guide you through the design process and you can trust her judgement on design. We used a contractor that Cynthia recommended and we are pleased with the outcome. We made several changes to the original layout of the kitchen, creating an island (jackhammering the cement floor to move the plumbing for the sink) where there was previously a peninsula, opened a utility room to be part of the kitchen and relocated an A/C return vent to lengthen the space on one wall. The only thing left to finish is the backsplash tile. You'll be in good hands with Willbanks Kitchen.

Everyone at Wilbanks, like Barbara and Jeff are super helpful, personable and always get back to me promptly. I ordered custom made cabinets for my master bathroom and they look amazing, great quality! After about a month or so I noticed that a drawer in my kitchen was broken with no way to salvage it. I called Wilbanks and they made me a new one within a couple of days. I love that they can be helpful with both big and small project alike! I will definitely use Wilbanks again for my future projects :)

Cynthia and her team were great to work with. She helped with our design and our selection. There are cheaper cabinets out there but we were more interested in quality. Her follow through was great during the remodel. We would definitely use Willbanks again.

We contacted Jeff at Willbanks in February of 2016 with our interest in completely remodeling a kitchen and moving a bulky stairway. Jeff was very professional and guided us through the kitchen remodeling process from start to finish. I already had an estimate for our kitchen remodel when I happened to pass Willbanks Kitchen Design Center and decided to go in. It was the best decision I ever made. Not only did they come out and do an estimate on the same day, they provided recommendations on installers, subcontractors and other vendors. The experience was impeccable, Buddy and Cynthia were always available to answer my questions and there was never a request too small to accommodate. The entire job was done in an expedient and professional manner from start to finish and the price was exactly where it needed to be. Friends had advised a kitchen remodel would be a nightmare but our was a dream because of Willbanks Kitchen Design Center. We met Buddy of Willbanks Kitchen when he was moving into our neighborhood. We had just had our kitchen counters and cabinets redone. To our horror they were a real mess. We asked Buddy if he could remodel them for us. He stated that he only did complete remodels but would recommend someone who was excellent at doing cabinets. He recommended Juan. He came on a Friday and was horrified. He wrote up a contract to refinish the cupboards and build us new drawers. He said he would be done by Wed. but put Thurs. in the contract just in case. After seeing the beautiful job he did in the kitchen we decided to have the bathrooms redone. All were completed by Thursday and we are truly proud of the way it looks. Boy, am I glad I did. When I walked into the Design Center and met Buddy, we instantly connected. He showed me what was available for me in our price range, explained the product and came out the very next day to complete measurements. Buddy was very patient as we needed to complete other projects in the home before we could start the kitchen. He had everything ready for us for when we were ready to start. Dorri who also works at Willbanks Design was extremely helpful and providing any information that I would need regarding cabinet sizes, sizes of appliances, etc. and would continue to touch base with me once the product was ordered on the status. It's not easy to tackle a kitchen remodel, but I can honestly say that Willbanks Design made the whole process easy and stress free. Our new cabinets are beautiful and we could not be happier!

Aug. 9, 2014 we were in a dilemma and in one week we are satisfied customers. Our kitchen island wall had a leak that ruined the entire island with water and mold. The island is the heart of our kitchen - - sink, dishwasher, disposal, and filtration system. We had no idea who could rebuild our kitchen island so we researched online reviews. Everything we read about Willbanks was encouraging so we visited them Saturday afternoon. Buddy listened patiently to our dilemma about our kitchen being out-of-commission and said he'd come by after work to measure the island and talk to his contractors. Apparently it's a very busy time of year for cabinet makers, but Sunday Buddy recommended Juan Arenas (he's worked with him 20+ years) who measured the island Tuesday afternoon and delivered the new island cabinet Saturday morning. His price was reasonable, he understood our dilemma, and went to bat for us so we could get our kitchen back to normal. Juan's cabinet matches the other cabinets exactly except his workmanship is far better!! Juan is an experienced cabinet maker who takes pride in his work. He's very personable and easy to like. We want to thank Buddy for the time and energy he put into a 'small' project that was HUGE to us. You can trust his recommendation and experience in kitchen design. We highly recommend Willbanks Kitchen Design!! It was a pleasure doing business with you and a relief knowing someone cares. We wish Willbanks Design Center the best.

As an out of state consumer, I did much internet searching before deciding to use Willbanks for a major remodel of my kitchen. The immediate attention we received was noteworthy. The design presented was wonderful and the collaborative modification to the original design resulted in just what I wanted. Being out of state, there was a need for coordination of services that went nicely. Work was prepped before our presence and installation coordinated for when we were here. The entire staff was wonderful to work with and the results were more than I had imagined possible. I have complete trust in these people, then had a key to our place so that they could work while we were away and I had no concerns with that arrangement, in fact it was my idea. The end product is perfect. From design to installation and more, I highly recommend these people.

Couldn't be happier with the service we've received from Buddy. I feel fortunate to have met him through his partner, Andy Steinborn of Tajo One. Having exceeding our expectations on a stone wall we felt certain his affiliation with Willbanks Design would be a good one. Buddy has zigged and zagged with me in design details and appliance changes with a smile on his face! Willbanks did a very fine job on our kitchen remodeling. Buddy was patient, adaptable and knowledgeable. He was very understanding when we needed extra time to get our plans in order. Once the project was underway, he connected us with an excellent contractor, while stopping in frequently to check in. We gutted our old kitchen entirely--and within two weeks, our brand new kitchen was in move-in shape. And it was spot-on budget. Amazing. We are totally thrilled with the results!

We hired Willbanks Design to help us design, order and install the cabinets for a complete kitchen remodel. Buddy Cormier did a great job helping us select the wood (cherry!), door style and overall layout. When the cabinet company began to pull back from doing business in Nevada in the middle of our cabinet order, Buddy kept us informed and made sure that our order was grandfathered in and delivered as promised. Willbanks charged us what they had estimated and didn't nickel and dime us with extras. They even had to custom build a cabinet that the cabinet manufacturer had failed to deliver, and it looks exactly like the others. We ordered 2 glass doors for the hutch, and wanted to install custom glass. Months after the kitchen was complete I finally bought the glass we wanted. Although Willbanks Design had already been paid in full and our project was complete, they added the glass to the doors, brought them to our house and installed them with no added charge. We can't say enough about the Willbanks Design cabinet installer, Jorge, who did an absolutely spectacular job. He worked around our slanted ceilings, had to customize a number of cabinets, and gave us valuable input on the ideal size and placement of the new island. He was a superstar!
