HORRIBLE customer service. Perhaps the worst I have ever had with any product! After two years one of the screens has completely come off. You would think you could call the company and get someone out to fix it. HOLD ON.... Welcome to Texton. First you need "permission" (their words) from the company and or salesperson. So if your builder or decorator for example bought them, you have no idea who they dealt with. To Texton, this is YOUR problem and nothing can be done for you. Enjoy your shades. Imagine if this was the case with your car or any other product. It breaks and needs repairs but, you cannot have it fixed unless and until you A.) remember the sales person from years ago and B.) can get in touch with them for their blessing. For what is worth this is the second time I have had issues with Texton and thought perhaps the first time was just a new person or bad communication. Within a year the wireless box (think Alexa) that allows you to open and close stopped working. I was able to get a new one but it only worked on a 2.4 network. Their solution... "drive down the street with an iPad and the device, find that spot where 5.0 drops out and 2.4 connects and you are set." Oh and hope your internet won't go out or you're taking your wireless box for a drive around the neighborhood. It is hard to find something positive to say about a product when the company supporting it considers the actual customer to be about 5th or 6th on the totem pole. I love having shades. I would never recommend Texton to even an enemy.

Awesome company! I have purchased from this family company for almost 20 years...Shutters, Solar shades, Woven Wood Shades..... Very easy to work with!
